I go to this Zaxbys location fairly often and have never had issues until today. I walked in at 8:30pm (both google and the sign on the door said they close at 11:00pm on Saturdays), all outside lights were off and employees were spraying down the floors (getting the cup they eventually gave me wet). Employees behaved as if it was bizarre I came in at all, let alone ordered. As someone who works in the service industry, it’s a bit disheartening to be kind to others all day and not receive the same service myself. I will now hesitate to go back to this location (both inside and the drive thru).

Service level was good. Decided to try the new egg roll. We asked for them to be cooked fresh so they would be hot. As you can tell mine seemed over cooked. It was hard outside but filling on inside was very soggy compared to most eggs rolls. It had a great flavor to it. Gonna try at another one to see how they come out. My fries were nice and hot.

See now this is what I’m talking about. These wings are great. Completely covered in sauce and taste warm and fresh. The woman in the Drive-Thru was very nice and sweet. They let me know that the dining room is now open. I know things have been crazy all over the state of North Carolina with covid and some places being open and some places not.

Me and my fiancé went in. I ordered a 5 boneless wing meal. She ordered a 4 finger plate. I got HHM instead of ranch for my sauce. Whenever I got my food, the HHM was a quarter way full. Later on my fiancé went back to get more ranch for herself, she got me another HHM and to anyone’s surprise it was a quarter full! I would guess if half the cashiers can stand and lean, then they can at least halfway fill my cup.

This is a great place to go, because it is a nice atmosphere, and the staff is nice. Some of the prices are a little high though. I like going here, but one thing is that it seems like when we go is that there stuff gets smaller. Last time we got the grilled chicken sandwich, and it was delicious as always, but we noticed that it seems like it has gotten smaller.
