5 stars. The staff here consistently treats customers with respect. Orders come out accurate and the dining area stays clean. The manager sets the tone. They check in on the front counter, support the crew during busy hours, and keep the workflow organized. The team works smoothly because of that leadership. This location runs reliably well and it shows every time I stop by.

Food was good, service was crap. As expected when the person taking drive thru orders can’t communicate a simple order back. AND when communication is finally achieved, she can’t complete the task of putting the entire order into a bag and handing through a window. I think mozzarella sticks come with mozzarella sauce standard, but why would I assume that? Oh I know, the box the sticks come in has a space for the sauce to be placed into! The job is to take the order, confirm the order is correct, place order into bag and hand it through a window. Doesn’t get much easier than that! Maybe we should grant another pay increase for these “entry level” jobs so these people would do it correctly. OR pay them for what they’re worth.

Drove 45 min to come here. I live in RSM and this is the closest location. I think they have the best hashbrowns, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The french toast was very thin and hard. The large menu sign at the drive thru advertises mix and match breakfast sandwiches 2 for $5. But then I was charged 2 for $6. I asked the employee about this and he insisted the price was 2 for $6 despite different advertised pricing on their menu. I would have ordered 1 breakfast sandwich had they been honest with their pricing. Disappointing.

Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022 around 12:45pm- I was passing by this Burger King aftermath years and I decided to eat here today. I ordered BBQ Chicken but I get crispy Chicken with BBQ sauce. The manager is telling me, if I ask for BBQ Chicken it means crispy Chicken with BBQ sauce!! Before I ordered, I asked if they had BBQ/grilled Chicken and the manager said yes we do but it is not on the menu. She just heard BBQ!!! And asked for crispy French fries and it was soggy.
Waste of my money, I spend $32 for 6 sandwiches. I should go to my regular Burger King close to my home. Now this Burger King is in my “bad” list.

It’s the little things that matters .. at 16:00 on a Friday .. I went in with a very low blood sugar level .. I can barely talk .. I ordered so fast the cashier barely heard me .. and thought I didn’t want a drink .. it’s my fault I didn’t speak very well I was hypo .. to keep my self not thinking of my glucose reading I went to the toilet .. and when I came out I glanced at the counter my order wasn’t ready .. I looked back again the same guy was holding my food covered in the heating prep area .. so thoughtful .. and when I picked up the tray .. I asked about the drink .. he said “oh my mistake I thought you didn’t want one” with a smile .. I figured that he didn’t hear me and didn’t even see him frown or bad body language like blaming me or sort of a thing .. he didn’t make me look stupid which fast food joints love to do .. and for me barely speaking up he was generous enough to give it to me free of charge .. I insist to pay for it because it was my mistake .. I shouldn’t wait till I get that low of glucose level .. these two lill gestures made my lunch experience over the top ❤️ thank you young man you are going to high places

Ordered large fries, got some small fries cup. Or employee failed or burger king got too cheap to serve good fries. No way to know that because the receipt was not included. This particular restaurant also returns you back to 90s with the way it looks.

This is one of the cleanest locations I’ve been to in Orange County. The cleanliness of that interior of the restaurant is what brings me here and the food is obviously amazing. I love this location and I wish more Burger King locations would use this one as an example. A very big dining room with lots of lighting and overlooks the nice streets with greenery. The Whopper is what I always order and the order always comes up perfect

I order the whopper meal. The burger had no onions, no sauce and tiny bit of lettuce and one slice of tomato. I ordered the combo yet they upcharge me individually. The fries were stone cold. Not worth 4 bucks let alone the price of 14. I got a refund standing my groud with them. Really rude Patels here. Same people as the gas station beside it.
