I came on here to say that the working that helped me in the drive thru today was amazing. I was having a horrible day and his funny jokes and the small interaction that I had with him made me feel so much better. I cried after that drive thru interaction because he made my day so much better. I do not know his name. He an older gentleman. He deserves a pay raise or raise in general. He was very kind, humble in his humor, and had a contagious smile. The interaction was possibly the best due to the atmosphere and aura he carried with himself. Today is Friday February 20th I got a large iced cap and chocolate glazed donut at around 11:55. The donut was yummy and the iced cap was exactly how I remember it from when I was little. Give him a raise! If you work in management at this time Horton’s make sure he sees this review. I want him to know how much of an impact he has on the people that he interacts with. I am so grateful.

I really don’t like not having the option to add my own sugar & cream. If I’m new to Tim Hortons coffee how am I supposed to know if I like 2 creams 3 sugars vs 3 creams 10 sugars in your coffee? Is it strong enough? Hot enough? Neither because I was given lukewarm coffee that I needed to buy an express shot for it to be stronger. .Then the donuts are waaaaayyy too sweet. Less is best. Not a fave.

The new girl taking drive thru orders was kind of miserable. Stark contrast to the high energy positive team members that I’m used to there. She kept rushing me while ordering, and when I asked for a water for my daughter at the window, she rolled her eyes at me. Bring back the fun guy that makes jokes, or the people that at least knew how to smile. Yeesh.

I rely heavily on delivery services as I’m not able to drive, so consistency and accuracy in my orders are incredibly important. Unfortunately, the Tim Hortons at this particular location has consistently provided the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Not once has my order been correct from this store. I routinely order a mocha, and without fail, I receive black coffee instead. On top of that, half of my order is often missing. Attempting to reach the location by phone leads nowhere, as the voicemail is always full—making it impossible to speak with anyone to resolve the issue.

What’s especially frustrating is that other nearby Tim Hortons locations manage to get it right. They either fulfill the order accurately or communicate when something is unavailable and make appropriate substitutions. This tells me the problem is specific to how this location is being managed.

Whoever is overseeing operations at this store may benefit from additional training, particularly around quality control, customer service, and team accountability. It’s essential to remember that these orders are for real people, families, kids, sometimes even pets. If staff cannot take that responsibility seriously, perhaps working in food service is not the right fit.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as the current state of service is simply unacceptable.

WAKE UP CORPORATE!! FIX THIS LOCATION!!! Disgusting…can’t eat this wilted, slimy, burnt, pile of mayonnaise. Messed up my coffee as well. EVERY time I come to THIS location, is always something…usually attitude & rudeness. Today was just grossly lazy, with a smile.
