The included pictures are:
Crostini ai Funghi- Delicious umami flavor and crunchy crust, amazing appetizer.
Tuscan Fries- So crispy and perfect, the sage and rosemary really took it up a notch.
Oregon Country Natural Beef Tenderloin- Definitely order rare or medium rare. Very tasty but not the most incredible steak we’ve had. The salsa verde underneath was so good.
Lasagna Pink Door- simple and delicious (just make sure to let it cool down)
Overall we were pleased with everything, but felt slightly let down with our entrees considering the price.
Service: Hands down – best service we’ve probably ever had. The timing and times our waitress stopped by was perfect. The other staff would take plates when they saw they were empty, and frequent water refills. Everyone was attentive, kind, and looked like they genuinely enjoy their job!
Food: Incredible! We had two appetizers (oysters, cheese balls), two mains (bolognese and the special: scallops), and two desserts (cheesecake, chocolate cake). Everything was so delicious and perfectly priced.
Drinks: They only have a few wine selections but they were perfect with our main dishes. Also, the dessert wines were excellent! And coffee was fresh and really flavorful!
10/10 will return! Recommend making reservations.
: 9/10: Our waitress Jeannie is very nice and she is so kind to us. She’s always checking in with us with anything we need, very patient and polite. She answer each of our questions and it’s willing to explain what’s on the menu! Thanks to her, we had an outstanding dining experience!
: 8/10: Kind of low-key, no signs and just a Pink door as it’s entrance! We were confused if we were even at the right place at first! But it is at the heart of Pike place market, easy to find! We got seated at the stage, and it was quite an experience! We love the decors, lighting, and the ambience! Very classic and filled with arts that add a Italian hint!
For appetizers we got the Salumi Board and Fettunta (not pictured). My boyfriend got the Beef Tenderloin and I got the Bolognese with a glass of Prosecco. Then to top it off we shared the Molten Chocolate Cake and asked for a side of vanilla gelato. I don’t regret getting ANY of it! Every dish was like a perfect serving size and I didn’t feel bloated or underfed by the end of the night!
Also the vibes? Immaculate. If you’re looking for cozy romantic but not over crowded, the dining room that faces the waterfront is absolutely lovely.
I haven’t sat down in the lounge yet, but I’m very determined to see some aerial arts eventually. I can’t wait to go back!
We came in for a late lunch on a weekday and were very surprised to see how busy they were.
Food: between the two of us, we ordered 2 appetizers (mushroom crostini, arancini), 2 mains (eggplant penne, spaghetti and meatballs), a drink (pear mezcal) and 2 desserts (apple pie and flourless chocolate cake). I have to start by saying that the desserts are really what made my day – the cardamom ice cream is spectacular, the flourless cake is rich and but only mildly sweet, which makes it perfect! The mushroom crostini was super flavourful and the pear mezcal was delicious. The mains and arancini were decent but not something I’d order again especially given their price – just wasn’t quite worth it to me.
Service: our waiter was really great and had good recommendations for us.
Atmosphere: The space is very chic and the views of the bay from their second dining room are really lovely!
