Went to the Pink Door for our Valentine’s Day lunch date. We loved the atmosphere and our table overlooked pike place market, which was nice. The service was also very good.

The included pictures are:
Crostini ai Funghi- Delicious umami flavor and crunchy crust, amazing appetizer.
Tuscan Fries- So crispy and perfect, the sage and rosemary really took it up a notch.
Oregon Country Natural Beef Tenderloin- Definitely order rare or medium rare. Very tasty but not the most incredible steak we’ve had. The salsa verde underneath was so good.
Lasagna Pink Door- simple and delicious (just make sure to let it cool down)

Overall we were pleased with everything, but felt slightly let down with our entrees considering the price.

We celebrated my birthday at The Pink Door and it was absolute perfection.

Service: Hands down – best service we’ve probably ever had. The timing and times our waitress stopped by was perfect. The other staff would take plates when they saw they were empty, and frequent water refills. Everyone was attentive, kind, and looked like they genuinely enjoy their job!

Food: Incredible! We had two appetizers (oysters, cheese balls), two mains (bolognese and the special: scallops), and two desserts (cheesecake, chocolate cake). Everything was so delicious and perfectly priced.

Drinks: They only have a few wine selections but they were perfect with our main dishes. Also, the dessert wines were excellent! And coffee was fresh and really flavorful!

10/10 will return! Recommend making reservations.

Excellent food, drinks, and service! We started with the oysters and drinks. The flavored ice that comes with the oysters was really good with them. I had the bee cocktail which was fantastic. For dinner my husband had the lasagna and I had the bolognese, both were so delicious! The waiter was attentive without being overbearing, perfect service. We would definitely come here again.

: 8.5/10. We took a friend from Japan to here and she loved it! We order clams and mussels, a clam pasta, and a fried mozzarella rice ball and a panini, and we finished our meal with a cheesecake! The fried mozzarella rice balls are so delicious, crispy on the outside, cheesy and creamy on the inside! The pasta and panini were all very nice as well!

‍ : 9/10: Our waitress Jeannie is very nice and she is so kind to us. She’s always checking in with us with anything we need, very patient and polite. She answer each of our questions and it’s willing to explain what’s on the menu! Thanks to her, we had an outstanding dining experience!

: 8/10: Kind of low-key, no signs and just a Pink door as it’s entrance! We were confused if we were even at the right place at first! But it is at the heart of Pike place market, easy to find! We got seated at the stage, and it was quite an experience! We love the decors, lighting, and the ambience! Very classic and filled with arts that add a Italian hint!

I used to love this resturant and came at least once a year. The interior is beautiful and it’s in an amazing location with a stunning view. As someone who has been coming here for a while, I have witnessed how they have changed their policies and it’s extremely disappointing. For starters they used to give free and unlimited bread but now it costs money to get bread and it’s not unlimited. On top of that, the prices for their pastas have increased while the portions have become noticeably smaller. It’s extremely disappointing to see such an amazing place price gouge when they are already a somewhat expensive restaurant. The image I have added of the clam linguine is from around 3 years ago and they no longer give this portion size.

The views from the restaurant are spectacular. The service vibe is a bit strained, but adequate. My meal of meatballs was slightly better than the vegetarian lasagna, which was decent. My white Pinot grigio was the perfect crisp temperature. I was a bit underwhelmed given that two people recommended it to me.

What a fantastic dining experience! You’d never guess how spacious this place is from the small entrance, but once inside, it feels lively and full of energy. The atmosphere is warm, the service is smooth, and the food truly stands out. We loved every dish, the fresh local peppers, flavorful linguine vongole, the fig and prosciutto starter, and the delicate tuna crudo. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a while!

Love the spinach lasagna. The seasonal green pea salad was delightful. The pistachio pasta was quite interesting to try. The pana cotta is so good. Love the teas as well.

Came here for a birthday dinner and absolutely fell in LOVE

For appetizers we got the Salumi Board and Fettunta (not pictured). My boyfriend got the Beef Tenderloin and I got the Bolognese with a glass of Prosecco. Then to top it off we shared the Molten Chocolate Cake and asked for a side of vanilla gelato. I don’t regret getting ANY of it! Every dish was like a perfect serving size and I didn’t feel bloated or underfed by the end of the night!

Also the vibes? Immaculate. If you’re looking for cozy romantic but not over crowded, the dining room that faces the waterfront is absolutely lovely.

I haven’t sat down in the lounge yet, but I’m very determined to see some aerial arts eventually. I can’t wait to go back!

TLDR; go for the dessert, drinks and appetizers (in that order)

We came in for a late lunch on a weekday and were very surprised to see how busy they were.

Food: between the two of us, we ordered 2 appetizers (mushroom crostini, arancini), 2 mains (eggplant penne, spaghetti and meatballs), a drink (pear mezcal) and 2 desserts (apple pie and flourless chocolate cake). I have to start by saying that the desserts are really what made my day – the cardamom ice cream is spectacular, the flourless cake is rich and but only mildly sweet, which makes it perfect! The mushroom crostini was super flavourful and the pear mezcal was delicious. The mains and arancini were decent but not something I’d order again especially given their price – just wasn’t quite worth it to me.

Service: our waiter was really great and had good recommendations for us.

Atmosphere: The space is very chic and the views of the bay from their second dining room are really lovely!
