I didn’t get a chance to eat inside, but the service was outstanding from start to finish. Big thanks to manager Alvaro and his incredible team! The food was fresh and flavorful—the grilled chicken sandwich, in particular, was delicious and full of flavor. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made the experience memorable. Definitely a go-to spot after a day of shopping. Highly recommend!

I usually like chik fil an and their workers but tonight my friends and I got food and left, I didn’t check my bag before I left, my fault I guess. They forgot half my order.. a friend missed an item too from his order. We double checked the receipts thinking it was our fault but nope we paid for stuff we didn’t get. Just unfortunate coming from a usually very good and respectable company.

I went to chic-fil-a today and I was greeted with excellent customer service by an employee named Torry. He was an amazing employee who took his time with explaining the menu and my order to me. There was an error and Torry solved the problem in an instance and made my day better. I will definitely be back and hope Torry is there when I return.

Chick-fil-A, the restaurant is awesome. Great service, wonderful people. The wraps are awesome amongst other foods. The manager at the Broadview location was very pleasant and really nice. I can say there, the customer really matters, I felt really welcomed. The store was well kept and clean. I will be returning. I am watching what I am eating healthier now a days therefore, this establishment will be an excellent choice for me. Love positive energy.

This establishment has been here for a couple of years now. It’s alright. The salad choices are very limited. I don’t want a salad with fruit. That’s not a healthy combination although restaurants want you to think it is.

The most food and service was good. I did not like the fact that they had their employees taking orders outside in the drive thru being as it is 20 degrees outside. They weren’t even able to use gloves since orders are taking using a tablet.

Total garbage, at the pick up window only! I have never been 2 a chick fla where all the staff play and chat before service at the pick window. This is one I will not return.
Management needs 2 step up as I know this is not how its normally done. I have one by my home, and the service is awesome even in the drive-up. Broadview do better!

Told them I had an allergy when I ordered. It still came out wrong. Told them at window they must of just taken it to the back and didn’t make a new one like I told them I needed now I sit here sicker than a dog never again will I go to this location. They don’t train or take allergy seriously
