Very relaxed Italian restaurant. We were served bread, oil, and cheese upon seating — the bread and oil was fantastic, best we’ve had, so we actually asked for a second round! We both got Caesar salads and Chicken Parmesan with the homemade Pappardelle pasta. Everything was amazing, make sure you get the Pappardelle! For dessert we got the Coppa Spagnola and Coppa Pistachio, and my wife hasn’t stopped raving about it. We’ll definitely be adding this place to our rotation!

Bread, oil, and cheese were complimentary. We asked for a refill and got it immediately upon request. Calamari appetizer was perfectly cooked. Cesarean salad was very fresh, and Bolognais with angel hair pasta was delicious and sizeable. The wife had chicken Marsala, and it was flavorful and large. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant.

Portofino’s has long been one of our favorite places, and our recent event reminded us exactly why. We had a table of 12, and our server handled it with absolute ease and grace. She kept everything running smoothly—drinks topped off, orders perfect, and every guest feeling taken care of. Managing a group that size is no small task, yet she made it look effortless.
The food was outstanding, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the service truly exceptional.
We also love Portofino’s for their wonderful Thursday nights outside on the patio in the summer with karaoke. OMG!! So much fun.
The combination of delicious food, great ambiance, and relaxing entertainment makes it one of the best spots around for an evening out.

We wanted a nice Italian lunch after shopping at the Merrimack Outlets. Portofino’s did not disappoint. The food and the martinis were delicious! Great service and atmosphere! This will be our go to place after outlet shopping.

We can’t thank Portofino enough for the wonderful meal they served for 50+ people this afternoon after my dad’s funeral services! We had the entire restaurant to ourselves. The food was amazing as well as the service. It was a wonderful intimate atmosphere where we were able to relax. Thank you so much!

I left here extremely disappointed. The apps were amazing, but my waitress Julie left a very bad taste in my mouth. She started chatting with us and we were enjoying it at first until dinner arrived. Dinner was watery, no sauce was sticking to my pasta and I had pointed it out to Julie which she said she would have the cooks remake it for me. She proceeded to talk very loudly and poorly about us in the kitchen, with us right outside the door. The food was brought back the same way, just more sauce added but still extremely watery. No flavor in the food, it all tasted frozen, very bitter. She was also bashing other restaurants we visit, which we’ve never had a bad experience there but they were closed today so that’s the only reason we chose this restaurant to go to today. Avoid this place if you can, poor service and poor quality of food.
