CAUTION!: This place needs management or new ownership BAD. This is the 7th time in a row I’ve gotten my chili dog vertical in the bag so all the Ingredients spill to one end! I don’t understand why it’s not common sense to put the item horizontal. I’ve tried to talk with employees or management and I just get told “no one is available”. On top of that. The food is cold! I’ve tried giving them chances but it’s past the point of bo return.
Food is not the only issue, it’s across the board with rude employees, poorly made blizzards, just all around a poorly run location. Will not be coming back anymore

I found out my brother has 3 months to live so I wanted some comfort food. My finances burger was completely wrong, it had food he has allergies to when he asked for them to be kept off. Then the employees were incredibly rude, I have never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant.

Ordered on 2-4-26 at approx 6:15 pm in the drive thru. Ordered 2 burges, received both incorrect and the fries tasted like they had sat in the warmer for 5 hours. Won’t be going back

Disgusting. I bought ice cream and food. I was told to pull out front and wait for my food AFTER they had made my ice cream and given it to me. I waited until my food came. But by that time the ice cream had melted all over my car. Also, what is wrong with the chicken strips? They are quite petite.
It’s pretty sad when you spend 50+ bucks on a meal for your family and it turns out this way.

Super friendly staff. The chicken strips with white gravel were amazing!! And I tried the peanut butter cup blizzard, and holy smokes. That was delicious.

Just ordered a $7 meal deal. They said it was $2 for an upgrade to a blizzard from a sundae but when I asked for the upgrade they charged me $5 extra dollars, turning a $7 meal deal into a $12 meal. And then this is the meal they gave me, i just opened the box and havent touched anything. Pathetic.

Awful. Didn’t tip blizzards and it’s just milk? Spend 50$ and get treated like a non paying customer by a heavily attituded customer. Will be filing with dq corporate complaints. Shoutout to Shannon for trying so hard for many years now to keep this franchise location together. No saving this one!

The staffing here is, “Hit or Miss”. Sometimes the voice coming through the box is bright and excited to help you, patient and willing, answering the most simple questions. ( thank you ) . But unfortunately, more often than not anymore, the voice is short, unhappy, and clueless. The burgers on these nights are messy, cold, and smashed. I would recommend this Dairy Queen 1/3 of the time. But if you order the Oreo Brookie it will all be worth it!
