They have horrible customer service! You have to ask for a receipt! You have to ask for a sleeve for hot drinks! They throw your donuts and food all in one bag, so the glaze or chocolate from the donuts get all over you food. We only go if we are very desperate! Maybe once every 3 to 6 months! You have to ask for them to separate everything, it should be common sense! Not here, they are rude and unprofessional! Give attitude when you want donuts and food in separate bags. Drive to Almont to the bakery!

Every time I go thru the drive thru your employees obviously does NOT listen to what the CUSTOMER is saying. I literally have to say my order a few times get up to the window & my WHOLE ORDER IS ALWAYS wrong. The MANAGER obviously has to get NEW EMPLOYEES that know what they are doing & to LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of an attitude cause they can’t get an order correct. This Tim Horton’s is great. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been super friendly and the food is always good and made to order. I redeemed a birthday coupon for a free lunch item and every single person wished me a Happy Birthday.

This was the fastest drive through that I have ever experienced. Honestly, from the time that I ordered to the time that I drove away, it was 2 minutes! That was amazing, and I didn’t order in advance. Keep up the great work. Food was good and as ordered too!

Not bad but I’m not sure if some of the employees know what cream cheese is. There has been multiple times I have ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese and I get a bagel with just butter.

Bun was burned, tomatoes were sorry and lettuce was the same. Looked like they put zero effort into this. Didn’t even put it in a bag. Just handed me the sandwich.
Did i mention THEY DIDN’T PUT BACON ON IT?!?

Somehow awful coffee and donuts. I thought a franchise would have a standard, but this particular Timmies was so bad. Seems to be run by teenagers who spent more time joking about and flirting with each other. Unprofessional. Avoid this one.
