Horrible service. The young kid on night shift with braces has terrible customer service and listening skills. I asked for a large and got small. Sloppiest burger I’ve ever had here. He also forgot my ranch and I had to ask for it.

I wish that Hardee’s would commit to more of their markets selling whole pieces and not just tenders because it’s a different taste and texture.
Anyway, back to my amazing experience! This precise location made the best fried chicken I ever tasted!

I was in town visiting and doubled back my last day and bought a 8 piece box that came with 4 biscuits. Picked a half gallon of the best sweet tea too.
*only (-) there were no napkins placed in my to go bag. I ordered the chicken off the app. It was hot and ready when I arrived.

Just about every time my husband and I go to Hardee’s the staff have attitudes. They never greet us and are smug with taking our orders. I ALWAYS get a plan biscuit and if I don’t check it b4 leaving its butter on it. I mean plain means just that plain, nothing but bread. Hopefully you all can get some brighter and welcoming staff to make customers feel welcome. I mean I understand it’s early but you signed up for this, if you don’t like it quit.

I couldn’t even order. I waited at the register for 10 plus minutes and they would just look at me and then not acknowledge me. I understand that we came at 7:00 so there’s people outside at the drive-thru, but we were the only people inside and they wouldn’t acknowledge and take our order. So we just ended up leaving without buying anything.

OMGoodness! I am currently in the parking lot…back in my car! I just pulled up at this location to purchase breakfast for my coworkers and me. The grounds are not as clean as they should be. Thought I’d still give them a chance. I walk inside and there’s trash on the floor, the floors aren’t clean…but, to top it all off, the associate was on her phone texting when I walked up to the counter. I left…and, I’m not sure that she even knows that I came or left because she never looked up. This place is unclean and the customer service that I received was horrible.

Young lady working drive-thru was somewhat friendly and pleasant once I got to window to pay, even though at first I was rushed to order after I repeatedly ask for a moment to look at menu board and no one was behind me. But anyway I just got the double cheeseburger deal meal(sm burger. Sm fry, sm drink) fries were good and hot and seasoned(lil to seasoned but edible) burger on other hand wasn’t edible I asked for no pickle so I assumed it would be made fresh but bread was hard kinda stale and burger was actually dry when I bite it and just didn’t taste good. I’m not completely sure but I think they just took pickle off a already made burger

Ordered two kids meals. The apple sauce for each was left out. When I asked to upcharge the drink for one to a lemonade I was told, “We can’t do that” yes, yes you can I do it at the pruden and Smithfield locations it’s just an upcharge. I did this all the time and worked at 5 locations myself. Brent that used to run this location and would be sad at the service level here now.
Ordered a unsweet tea and got sweet.
Also when I asked to add a lemonade to the order I was told I’d have to drive around the building even though I was the only car in line.

Pulling into the parking lot around 5:30pm it looks like the place is closed, can’t see inside and there are no cars on this side of the building.
Pull around to the drive through menu, there are 4 parked cars and no sign of life. We stare at the menu for a few minutes and no one greets us so I ask if anyone is there. The mic clicks on and they ask us to wait a minute without explanation.
We wait for at least 5 minutes and I ask if anyone is still there, I get a curt response to wait, again. I ask if they’re being robbed or something and they respond with “We’re busy, there are a lot of customers, wait a minute”…
We eventually get to order and there are no cars in front of us, no cars parked on the sides of the building, and it looks like one customer inside.
I’d hate to see what this place looks like with a handful of customers, I’ll probably not return to this location for a whole.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The chicken tenders are dry & SMALL, & the fries are always cold. The sauce spilled all over my bag & they only put one in when I asked for extra..also paid for bacon on a burger, never got it. Even the simplest of tasks are too much for some people.

Had an issue with my chicken being kind of hard I got the Nashville hot chicken and I think the fryer oil was just a little old. Spoke to Tasia over the phone and she assured me they’ll fix it as long as I have my receipt. Not really mad or upset about it as long as they take care of it but it seems like they will. Fries are good and Texas toast is good just seems like the chicken was a little off and tough. Thank you Tasia for being nice over the phone and we will see you guys soon. Great customer service.
