They need roadside advertising cause this place truly deserves it. By far one of the top 5 places I’ve eaten so far in Eastern Washington.

Our waitress has the best customer service I think I have ever had the pleasure to witness. My family and I. Which consists of myself, my husband and our 2 teenage daughters have gone here only twice but our waitress both times (same gal) is funny, attentive and just a pleasure!! This is our go to for dinner with the kids or just the 2 of us. Food is amazing and drinks are strong.

Everything we experienced at Jack’s was amazing!!! Staff were very friendly and helpful, the beers were awesome (with a lot of options) and the food was OUTSTANDING. Will be going back as often as we can!

First time here Saturday evening, 10/26/24 at about 5:30. Not many others there, so plenty of seating. It was a little chilly in there. The service was very friendly and attentive. The Margaritas were impressive. I had a bacon cheese burger with fries, my date had the pulled pork. The food was good, not over the top, but good. I liked the fries a lot, maybe too much. I’ll probably return. It’s pretty good if I’m not cooking at home.

Arrived after a long days drive, decided on this place from Google Maps, and went inside with my wife, we were denied service. Some guy from behind the bar told us it would be at least an hour wait for food and that they close in just over an hour. FAIL.

My gripe is that when the bill arrives there are charges on it we did not expect. $.75 for sauce. Once charges for 2 sauces and we didn’t have any sauces. Last time we were in, the menu said $2 to change from fries to onion rings. When the bill came we were charged $3.50 for the change. Yes the wait staff have been nice but I feel sometimes the bill is getting jacked up so they get more tips.
