No customer service, The manager is rude and not trying to make issues right for the customer. The staff looked at my pick up order and said it’s still being prepared twice, the third time they checked it was ready but it had never moved from the countesr and it had no additions to the bag. The order was not what I wanted and the manager could not do anything to make it right even though the price was not different. She was curt and dismissive. The bathrooms are old, used dirty and run down. The restaurant itself is showing its well worn age of 60 or so years. Believe the negative reviews. KFC is not training their staff and neglecting their facilities. The positive reputation of KFC is all that is keeping this store open.

On Tuesday October 14, My husband and I went to this KFC location to get their Tuesday special, we got there at 10 am which is posted on their door and Web site that they open. My husband went to the door and found it locked so he stood outside waiting at 10:15 no one came to unlock the door but you can see people moving around inside when my husband was finally able to get someone’s attention the came to the door and told him “you have to go through drive through” so we did but we had to go straight to the window because a big delivery truck was blocking the order box. When we got to the window we sat there for 10 minutes before someone came to the window and when the girl finally opened the window she said “what do you want?” My husband then asked her ” don’t you open at 10 am that’s what is posted on the door. The girl then said” no we are not opening at 10 and we are not serving anything now so you need to leave and stop wasting my time.” I then suggested that she put a sign on the door letting the customers know that and she said ” don’t tell me how to do my job” I replied wow is this how you talk to and treat paying customers. The girl then said “you are not paying customers you are just people blocking my drive through now you need to leave” I then replied yep I will leave an I will not be back” the girl did say something els but I didn’t hear it cause I drove off but as I looked in my rearview mirror I saw her flipping me off so I returned the jester. I do not recommend this KFC location your money is better spent elsewhere. This employee was very RUDE, ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING, ag DISRESPECTFUL. She needs to be very heavily REPRIMANDED…… she should be very grateful I am not her boss. I can see that she needs more training on giving customer service….. She doesn’t understand that when you are dealing with customers you have to be RESPECTFUL at all times no matter what, and her Negative attitude is not just a reflection on her as a person but it is also a reflection on the company she represents.. sadly this location has been going down hill for a while and this employee just made it worse…….if it was my business she would have been fired……..

Firstly, when we drive up we had to say, “hello” about four times before someone acknowledged us. Then when we got out mashed potato bowl there was no spork ( spoon) included to eat my food. My husbands spicy chicken sandwich was drenched in the sauce. We had to wipe it off with a napkin before he could eat it. This is horrible.

Extremely bad service. Went there a few times as we don’t have KFC where we live at so we come down to Farmington. Years ago, we went through the drive thru and were ignored and eventually got a snarky lady, then the last time we went there, we did an online order and they forgot to give us our chicken sandwich so we went back to get it and when my daughter took a bite, it turns out that someone spat inside it, and it was too late to go back to KFC as we were on our way home. I’m pretty sure it’s the same lady too, she needs to be fired. Will never be coming back and I suggest nobody go to this KFC unless you want someone to spit on your kid’s sandwich. Do better Farmington.

Staff are not friendly. Not even a “hello what can I help you?” If they had their rating would be at least another two stars. Not even a thank you either. But otherwise clean environment. The life-size Colonel was a little spooky though.
