Sofrito bowl. Bowl was full. There was a cup of Queso that I did not order. The brown rice was hard. On the side of the bowl was a generous piece of meat- that I didn’t order. Scooped it out and continued. Got to the veggies and the first bite was salty, third bite was like emptying a salt packet in my mouth. Time to give Chipotle a break.

First time visiting this location. I had an awesome experience. Excellent friendly staff. I was taking pictures. I asked the girl if she wanted to be on google maps. She declined, lol. But the guy cooking had a great personality noticed me carrying on about the barbacoa I think it was called. It was delicious. He said he won’t mind being on google maps so…there he is. Go get em ladies. lol At first I thought the amount of ingredients was small compared to the north side one. After taking a few mouthfuls I realized I wouldn’t be able to finish it. I’ll be back again and again.

The manager on duty on Sunday, 2/18 at roughly 4:30pm was condescending and created such a horrific service experience that I will no longer go to this location and I will certainly tell others about the service. Had a negative reaction to each aspect of the order. People with terrible attitudes should not be front line, screen or fire faster. This affects the way we spend, no more.

The chicken tasted old, and on a busy Sunday lunch. Lettuce was wilted from being frozen. Steak was too chewy to eat. The music was such loud Rap and techno that you couldn’t hold a conversation. They also had no grilled veggies for vegetarian bowl. Service was fine.

My experience was the WORST. We walked in to a very mess restaurant. Like if they had a food fight. As it was my turn to order the employees where fighting and cursing each other out. The guy told the girl that he would beat her up. No other employee said anything to defend her or anything. My son was right there he witnessed all of this. I doubt there was a manager there because everything looked terrible. My food was nasty chicken was so old and dry. The rice was like rocks, over all the food was terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, everything is nasty don’t waste your money.

I’ve been here a handful of times. The first time I gave them a break because they were super busy, so the place was a mess & they were out of a lot of things, no big deal. Every time I’ve tried to give them another chance after the first experience it just gets worse, my order is always incorrect or missing something, and the staff is not friendly at all. I’m done with this location.

Unbelievable. I watched the girl dole out large portions of every item to the guy ahead of me, carefully adding more if the first scoop wasn’t enough. He never asked for extra portions to make it that way. He did ask to pay for double chicken.
When it was my turn – no joke – she gave me 1/3 the amount that that guy got of every item. The spoon went in, and the spoon had whatever came up. It was hurriedly slopped into the bowl even though there was only one person behind me. When I finally politely asked for the “amount of lettuce he has” (standing next to me), she stopped and looked at his bowl – totally put out with me. She couldn’t argue. His had a mound of lettuce. Mine was more like a topping. Both were in plain sight.
I have experienced this same type of discrimination at this location before. I haven’t been back in a year because of it. I thought I would try again because it is a convenient location for me. However, some things never change.
