I was the first customer of the day and ordered a pound of brisket to eat for dinner later in the day. The brisket was moist, delightfully smoky, and delicious. It’s the best brisket we’ve had in Tucson to date (all the others were dry). We’ve eaten lots of brisket in Texas and my husband has made his own using Franklin’s (a Texas BBQ god) recipe. The house sauce was not to my liking (tasted like canned tomato sauce to me), which is why I’m giving them 4 stars.

We experienced Marc’s Blue BBQ and all in all it was good considering that his current smoker is too small to keep up with the demand. Marc did say he has a larger smoker being built which will help. The brisket was very good. The tenderness, it was moist and good flavor. The ribs were good but maybe a smidgen dry but his homemade bbq sauce paired well with the ribs. The pulled pork was good also but maybe a tad too salty. I’m a Kansas City BBQ Judge so I’m probably being a little too critical. All in all, as a bbq meal it was pretty darn good, it’s worth checking out!

No idea why anyone gave this a low rating. I’m visiting from CA, travel a lot and I know (make my own) excellent BBQ. This IS excellent BBQ! It is clear they start with top grade meat/ingredients, they were smoked/cooked to perfection, even the mac-n-cheese and beans were great. Service was low key fantastic also, Marc and Sons were on point, friendly and completely invested in making sure we enjoyed the whole experience. We did and we’ll be back for sure.

New kid on the block comes out swinging. Out of this world BBQ. Great flavor, do your stomach a favor. Set up in Medella Vine on Houghton Rd. Will not disappoint. My wife and I shared a plate and filled us both up and I’m a big guy. Generous portions and amazing taste….support small local business with huge taste
