I tried it about 4 times hoping I can give them a good review, but the coffee is TRASH . Every time, every single time I go in there the coffee taste stale like its been sitting most the day and. Worst of all …they never make it right!!!!!
The employees seem very incompetent. How hard is it to put in one extra pump of liquid sugar? I used to work for dunkin. It’s not hard. I have had them stare at me, continue conversations and pretty much act like im not standing there… im white, but not transparent. YOU CAN SEE ME STANDING THERE!!!!
I went last week on my way to work and got about 3 blocks down the road and had to go to my go to location (boothwyn) and the gentleman added the liuid sugar (no charge) and I bought a coffee just so I could have a FRESH one 🙂

I mostly love this shop. Most of the time coffee is hot and has a correct consistency. I tried some donuts and it was good. This shop is very busy in the morning and people gathered on the road to enter the shop. Nearby surrounding there’s no Dunkin available. This is a small shop with 15 members capacity.

This is the third time I’ve come to this Dunkin around 7:20pm and I constantly get berated for wanting a simple iced latte, or a frozen coffee- as someone who used to work at Dunkin I get having to prep what you’re gonna clean but to constantly tell me all your stuff is clean at 7:20pm, a whole 40 minutes before close is insanity! I get if it was like 7:40-7:45pm but come on!

The new manager is horrible. Yells at customers and employees the same. The sign says “free coffee” for employees. Its not true at all. They get written up for their “free” coffee. Even if they pay for a cup, or bring their own cups. A bunch of people have quit because of the new manager. So many great people have left, its sad. Food is good, and coffee is good. But the afternoons are not the same anymore.

The staff is rude, and I found HAIR IN MY SANDWHICH!!!! One of the employees, a Black woman, had a very nasty attitude mean spirited called me all types of names and I’m black. Dont GO HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese sandwich with a Croissant bread and my bread was burnt. I also order an Iced Matcha with almond milk but got whole milk instead. They could have at least told me that they didn’t have almond milk and gave me a refund but instead they have me whole milk and I’m lactose intolerant. They also put too much milk in the matcha that the matcha flavor was not noticeable at all. After placed my order I didn’t get no notice that my food was done, they let it sit at the mobile and delivery pick up spot when I ordered it I store. I’m not coming back to this location again

I stopped to treat myself to a good cup of coffee. Placed order via app ahead of time. Quick service, good coffee. Only issue with this location is there is not very much room for the drive thru line, it backs up onto and down the street blocking the entrance. Still, the get you thru pretty quick.

I’ve heard some people say some of the staff came off as racist. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for years and it is by far the best one in our area. Never once had a bad experience and I’ve been there probably over 100 times. Friendly staff, great coffee, better people! #ThanksDunkin
