Twice in the last week I have been to this Arby’s, the first time I got the steak bites bowl, and it was delicious, but less food than a kids meal. Seriously, it was almost nothing. Today, I stopper here for a #13 combo. To my surprise when I got home and opened the box for the $13.72 combo meal, the sandwich didn’t even fill the bottom half of the box. I have had this meal many times since it was introduced nearly 10 years ago and this is by far the most disappointing one I’ve ever had. I live close to this restaurant, but unfortunately I am removing this location from my roster of places to eat.

Visited tonight about 7pm, Mar 3, no one attending the register, no one eating in the lobby. Stood there for about 7 minutes before being noticed for an order. Placed an order for the brisket combo meal. Waited for about an additional 15 minutes before getting served. Like this other customers sandwich, I opened it and all I saw was two buns, 2 onion rings, something that resembled a bacon strip and HOLY WHERES THE BEEF??? Felt as if I needed to go back and ask what I needed to do to order my sandwich all over again… …. Just in case I was given a child’s portion!!! The soda fountain drink was definitely off kilter in taste? Dr Pepper??? Idk. Meanwhile everyone was scurrying as fast as two people could just to fill the online pickup orders! SAD MANAGEMENT OR TOTALLY DISCONNECTED FROM ARBYS BRAND!

This experience was absolutely fantastic! The lady was very nice! The food was very affordable, the food was very hot as well. The little pie thing I got, was literally the best desert I have had from ANY restaurant. I love this store. Thank you for an amazing experience guys! I will return for lunch again. Thank you.

The cashier was mechanical. The sandwich was good but I was not a fan of the Jalapeño Bites. The ratio of cream cheese to jalapeno was not great. I prefer more jalapeno with less cream cheese.

So its 10:00 pm. I open the door to the restaurant and walk in. The guy with curly hair who I assume is the manager says you can’t be in here. You have to get out of the lobby. The lobby is closed. I asked if I could order that I walked from the hotel next door. No you have to get out! He was very rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was trespassing.

Stopped here for here for a quick bite because I couldn’t get anyone at Sonny’s to wait on me and right away, I noticed the side entry was locked. So, I went through the front door. The employee at the counter was obviously tweaking and the two cooks behind her was dancing around acting like they might be high. Not the type of people I want handling my food so, I just turned around and walked back out. I definitely won’t be back at this location and I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Very clean. The staff was polite and arranging to the customers needs without being asked. They called customers by name and gave them updates on their order status. The food was prepared as expected and the shakes were the best I’ve seen at an Arby’s.
