Omg, They are slower than Christmas! Nothing was ready the wait was at least 20 minutes. I had already paid for my food it’s the only reason I didn’t leave. The mother and daughter team had no sense of urgency what so ever. Just terrible! Omg, I will never eat there again! They need to get some people in there that actually care about the device and their job!

My food was delicious and hot like I like it. The customer service was impeccable. They put everything in my bag without me having to ask. I like the fact that the jalapeño pepper came automatically with my meal. The baked macaroni and cheese was very good, as you can see in my photo

This location is horrible!! I ordered through Uber Eats and the place had no cole slaw. They said it would take an hour to make. They had no 1/2 gallon sweet tea . No lids for the drinks. I will never order from this place again and would give 0 stars if I could. Thank you to my driver who picked up lids at another location. Bless his heart.

The doors were locked due to short staff. The drive through speaker was broke so we had to wait to order from the pay/pickup window. Otherwise, the food was fresh, hot, and tasted really Good. The customer service at the window was Great! The Ladies were as efficient as they could be. I’d return. Hopefully, they’ll get those issues resolved. 🙂

I ordered the four piece combo mixed and was told that they didn’t have any white meat after already paying and waiting for about 8 minutes at the window so, I had to settle for dark pieces only. They did offer to replace the non-existent white meat initially ordered with chicken tenders but obviously, that’s not the same thing. I also ordered the fries because I don’t ever recall tasting churches fries (I haven’t been in over 15 years) but, they didn’t have them available either so, I opted for okra instead.
The food I did get was good but I’m starting to see a trend where many restaurants I visited between Enterprise and Dothan just don’t have basic menu item staples. Almost like they don’t align their restock orders according to sale projections. It’s pretty disappointing. I don’t ask for much but, I would think a free menu item or a discount for the inconvenience would be offered. I didn’t ask so, no complaints but, to me, that’s basic customer service. Here and now is not the best forum to discuss that but, It’s pretty disappointed to see it so often.

This was my first time trying Church’s and it was a terrible experience. I ordered on doordash and my driver calls and tells me they have no French fries at all and I have to pick a different side so I do. I finally get my order at my home and the tenders were not all that crispy and I was missing my Mac and cheese that was for my daughter. I’d actually put zero stars if I could. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.
