Food was ok but it’s the third time I order here and they keep making the same mistake. I always customize the burrito and they keep messing up EVERY SINGLE TIME especially at night. Well it finally opened after being closed for sooo long,went around 5:30pm today and needless to say nothings changed. Same ATTITUDE and now they’re getting stingy with the sauces. They gave me 6 sauces when I got 10 tacos. The lady at the window said she couldn’t give me anymore, is that a thing now? and not mention they ran out of bags so got my order in 4 different small brown bags! How? you guys just opened!!! Placed an online order and arrived at the location about 12 minutes later. My order was stating “being prepared” for 28 minutes after I arrived. Barely no customer service at the location. Perhaps understaffed. After voicing my concern to an employee, I waited another 15 minutes, and the meal was finally handed to me. So, 40 minutes total from the time of order to get my meal. They ought to be shamed of themselves. I have never experienced this at any other Taco Bell, and I hope i never do. Good luck to all who visit this specific store at 1075 w 49 st. You’re gonna need it.

Drive thru was horrible. I think they actually did this on purpose. How do you miss the meat? You poeple really need to get on point. I even said no tomatoes. So I get tomatoes and Suprise…. no meat. I am respectful everytime, but it is very hard to not think low of these fast food employees. But I guess it is the miami mindset.
