Ordered a brisket burrito with all the fixings for $12 from the self-order kiosk. Pretty good price for a swanky mall. Yes, there are $10 burritos in downtown but that’s rare and usually from a taco truck. Some meats do cost extra here though. The menu has a surprisingly fine variety. There are chimichangas. They also sell quesabirrias for $16 which comes with the side of broth. I tried it and thought it was decent.
The whole place was very bright and sparkling clean with a view of the pristine and new mall that it’s situated in.

We ordered Taco veggie and Taco crispy. Service was quick but tacos were ok in terms of presentation and taste. We barely managed to finish the unappetizing taco, I would suggest to consider other food options inside Westfield Valley Fair before purchasing here.

Happily surprised by this place. Great Mexican and Tex-Mex style options, good meat options, and stellar beef birria which is a tad uncommon to even find as a meat option. Born and raised in a Mex. household and can give it my full approval of authenticity too.
The sauces need their own focus: the green sauce is creamy and solid, the red sauce is flavorful instead of just focused on raw heat like some other places have, and the orange sauce is the best I’ve had overall. All recommended to give a try.
Some options including the horchata are overpriced, but the base foods are all reasonably priced fare and in substantial proportions. The chimichanga we got in particular was hearty and heavy and well balanced on the whole (though it needed a smidge of mixing up to get a good meat/rice/veggies variety per bite).
Go friendly with the sauce and it’ll be up there with the Mex. restaurant bests.

Due to dietary restrictions, I sometimes go here and ask for just a side of meat. They’ve been able to do this for me on multiple occasions, and today I was met with blank stares and no solutions. Furthermore, they then informed me they could only take cash. I had exactly $2 on me and obviously this would not be enough for lunch. I suggested ringing a taco and just not giving me anything that came on the taco, was met with push back. The inconsistency, lack of training, and bad service left me confused as my interactions have generally been positive. The cashier claimed to not be able to modify or ring up just a side of meat, as only a manager could, but then made the executive decision that $2 cash was okay for a coke? So is discretion allowed or not?

I’ve been a frequent customer of this location since it opened. My last two visits have steered me to no longer be a customer. In my second to last visit, we ordered two burritos – specifically said “no onions” and confirmed on the order screen, however, our food included onions. We accepted the mistake and ate our meal nonetheless. The most recent visit was enough to make us never want to return. We again ordered burritos, and left a proper tip. However, we then asked for a single water cup, which has always been provided, the cashier was unwilling to do anything to accommodate us and instead continuously said she’s only the cashier and did not have seniority to offer a standard cup and had no alternative cups to provide for water. The poor attitude and service persisted, so we asked for a refund and cancel of our order & generous tip. The cashier proceeded to tell us that she is just the cashier and could not cancel our order, it would require a manager who did not return for two more days. We had no choice but to accept our meal and call in 2 days. Coincidentally the burritos were made incorrectly again, this time with avocado although that’s not listed in the menu. When we called about the less than satisfactory service we received as frequent customers the manager Laura was reluctant to provide and support since we took our order. This is the lowest level of customer service I’ve witnessed, especially for frequent customers. We won’t be returning and reccomend customers be aware of their lack of reasonable service.

This is by far the best Mexican food in the area to get carry-out from. The portions are great. They give you more than enough sauce and the menu is spectacular. Simply amazing service as well. 10/10

I had the small Taco here with steak meat and I must say I really enjoyed it. The Taco tasted very good with a mix of 3 sauces over the counter. Perfectly spicy and delicious. Would definitely highly recommend. Waiting to try their other dishes too.
And definitely value for money as the offerings are not that expensive either. Very good balance of taste and cost.
