Haven’t been to Panera in years, and it’s apparently going to stay that way. I was literally the only person in line at the drive thru and there were around 8 employees, no customers in the store. Call me crazy, but it shouldn’t be hard to get an online order correct in this situation. Guess I was wrong. All the employees were far more concerned with talking and doing nothing. Not surprisingly, they forgot literally half my order. I looped around the building and told them, they laughed and said to pull around. When I did they asked me to show them their order because they couldn’t pull it up on their end for…reasons? I showed them, they tried again, STILL GOT IT WRONG. Still nobody in line, just me. I gave up. Never coming back, I knew this place was garbage and that’s why I quit coming to begin with. Nice to see nothing has changed. For the love of God, Panera, get some even halfway decent management at this location!!!

I truly am not one to complain, but I quite frankly have had enough with one of the employees attitudes. I made sure to ask another employee her name, he told me Kiley. My first encounter with her was a few weeks ago when I went to get my Panera membership free daily drink, I had told her I just needed a large cup at the counter and she rudely told me to “wait i’m wrapping this up,” proceeded to yell at another associate to “go fill up my butters,” and then frustratedly walked away without handing me a cup. Another employee, a very sweet lady with dark hair handed me a cup and formally apologized for my wait. Not even 3 days later my son and I came in after school to get some late lunch, and she was loudly making disgusting comments about what another associate was eating, claiming they “should be more caseous of how many calories were in it.” (their food) I have purposely looked out for her behavior several times after, and have not once seen a friendly encounter with her other employees or customers she talks to. She is blunt, rude, and puts on the fakest persona when another customer talks to her. I don’t want to stereotype her as racist, but her encounters with me and my family have yet to make me feel accepted into their restaurant. I am insanely disgusted. Thank you very much to the other employees, who have made my experience wonderful other times. I do not know some of their names, but 3 young blonde girls in the front of the store were very kind, a young lady with brown hair and a pin-decorated hat, and a lady with makeup and dyed pink hair all had incredible service, my thanks to them!!!

I usually love Panera, even though I think it’s gotten a bit overpriced. I went through the drive thru today for lunch, got a pick two (sandwich and salad) with chips. My sandwich was half tuna and half chicken salad (I ordered chicken salad). It tasted like they used the tuna scoop to scoop out the chicken salad. My salad had pineapple and oranges on it that tasted like chemical cleaner. And my bag of chips was empty. Never experienced anything like this but an interesting visit!

I have spent my money at this location for the last time.
I would love to come here and receive faster service- you are guaranteed to sit in that drive thru for 15 minutes no matter if there is a line or you are the only car, HOT food- not room temperature breakfast sandwiches… PIPING HOT. Please cook your food thoroughly. In addition to my food never being hot, the lattes I order are never made well. The Madagascar Vanilla latte should have a recipe card to follow, please follow it, and if almond milk is ordered instead of 2% for the love of God, make it the way it’s ordered! I am so TIRED of getting diarrhea from dairy and a half cooked sandwich which means I’m throwing away $13 every. time. I. ✨ Try✨ to. eat. here

See you next door at Starbucks

I love Panera. it’s my go to place for salads and they never fail. Except for the last time I picked up a bowl of my yummy salad only to find out it was packed with so much lettuce and almost no chicken or other elements that go with it. My Fuji apple salad was nothing close to what I always get. Otherwise Panera is a great place.

We went in at 8:00 pm to stretch our legs and get the children a little treat for their patients through three hours of the five and a half hour road trip. We ordered to go but intended to eat most of the items there. Upon being informed that the order was ready we picked it up at the window that they had placed it. I noticed that they had not provided a cup for the iced coffee so we remained at the window in full view of the employees. After two minutes of being ignored I got an employee to come over and pointed out their oversight. She apologized and gave me a cup. As we began to take our food out of the bag we noticed only one of the two brownies that my boys ordered was provided. We returned to the counter and the lady said that they ran out of brownies and she apologized for not informing us – even though we were charged for it. They graciously offered to allow my son to choose a replacement dessert. I suspect that they didn’t mention it because they figured it was a to-go order and getting close to closing time. I was annoyed. My youngest daughter started eating her turkey bacon avocado sandwich and asked my oldest daughter if there was supposed to be avocado on it! Once again we were back up to the counter where we were the lady apologized for not telling us that they were out of avocado. At this point the manager (probably a 24 year old young lady) come out apologizing and offering a dessert as compensation. When I informed her that my daughter is a type 1 diabetic and we preferred the healthy fats over sugar she went to check about the avocado. She returned and apologized saying that there were no “sliced” avocado. She offered to give us a whole other meal which I declined as I fully intended to share this miserable experience to warn others that order a to-go meal from this particular location.

I wanted to like it, I really did. But my expectations were quickly crushed. It starts as soon as you walk in, the tables are never cleanly. Between the soggy bread bowl and the dry sandwich bread, I have made the official decision, after many visits, that I will not be coming back. So long Panera

Drive through is way too slow all the time. Something needs to change. 15 minute minimum. Even with 2 cars in line. I don’t understand. I’ve tried many times

The food was good and fresh but the employees seemed aloof and the dining area could have been a bit cleaner.
