Went in here today to pickup my mobile order. Asked for the restroom code from the mobile order pickup counter and was directed to the cashier. Asked the cashier for the restroom code. Was told I’d have to place an order for restroom access. I tell her I’m here to pickup my order and I’d like to wash my hands before I handle the food that I ordered. She proceeds to verify that I have an order. She does and at that point she typed the code for me. I wash my hands.
Why did we have to do all of this just so could wash my hands. I know why. But just to confirm my suspension, I go to the counter again. I wait while she completes the transaction she is working on. When she’s done I ask her for a refund. She tells me that I have to get that from the pickup order counter. Pickup order counter tells me I have to get my refund from the app. I go to the app… go back and forth with them. They tell me because I picked up the order, there’s nothing they can do for me. Meanwhile going back and forth with the app… someone who doesn’t look like me, asked to use the same restroom and was given the code no questions asked. They didn’t type it in for him or anything they with me. I looked the cashier dead in the face. Did you verify his order? She ignored me. But the cherry on top of it all… either a store employee or whoever I spoke to on the Chipotle chat app changed my phone number to block my access to the app.

I had a very bad experience picking up a to-go order at Chipotle. The cashier couldn’t speak English and couldn’t help me. Not speaking English may not be a flaw, but being rude definitely is. The attitude was disrespectful.
You need to know that the person in front of you is a customer and you should know how to speak and behave toward a customer.
The problem is not only the employee, but also the managers who don’t supervise their staff. This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve seen, and because of this disrespect, I won’t be coming back. No one is forcing you to work here. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work here

Been going here for a few years but I’m changing my rating from 5 to 1 because of the experience I had today. Very rude woman at the register demanded I order food before I was allowed to use the restroom. Embarrassing and uncalled for. Likely will never return to this location. I understand the policy but I am very clearly a normal person looking to get lunch, and don’t want to be treated like an animal.

We go here after workouts to get carbs and protein. Chicken burrito bowl with guacamole is the best. Price is right for two people around 30 bucks. Forget the fork, get the chips, scoop it up! Service is always good and employees are great. Restaurant is always clean with clean tables. Really like the westlake location.

Excellent experience. Friendly fast efficient staffs. There were a few customers ahead of us but it didn’t take too long to get to our turns. Huge proportions of tasty Mexican foods. Restaurant is clean & roomy. Very busy plaza so parking can be a bit problematic.

The best dental care you can find. The rice is so hard, that your teeth will get stronger chewing it. And also it will stick in the cavities and fill em with rice, if you have any. The only problem is the portions are soooo less. I wish they gave a little more so I could have worked out my teeth for longer. Go there if you want to lose your appetite.

Overcharged $3.50 at Westlake Center Chipotle! Ordered a Carne Asada Bowl with guac only (should be $2.00), but was billed $5.50 for chips & guac on 9/19/25 at 5:27 PM, Order #357. Please refund the $3.50 difference ASAP! The food was great, but this billing error needs immediate attention. I’d love to update my review once resolved. Thank you!
