ordered My food drove home opened it and seen that it was just a whole mess I called the store and was told to come back and my order would be remade. The manager Aaron, you should get a pay raise. Because he actually fixed, what got messed up remade my food and it’s probably about the best food i’ve had out of this location. The female with the light brown bushy hair I cannot say the same She was the one who made the first order, she seen It was not anywhere near good to send out and then still sent it out anyways And then upon returning tried to hand me a fraction of my food and said have a good night and then when I brought it to her attention, she said “I don’t know I was told this is yours” definitely lack of care on her part if you’re unhappy with your job I don’t know why you’re there

What i ordered vs what I got. Ordered a halloween sundae, got a small cup half full of vanilla ice cream with some oreo crumbles. It said it had purple syrup, and the chocolate popping candy… didnt get any. Pathetic.

Worst Burger King in the World! I was the second car in the Drive Thru. Around 6:30pm on a Friday, the parking lot has around 8 cars. After waiting for 25 minutes I called the store to ask if there was something wrong and the person on the phone started shouting that they are busy and I can leave if I cannot wait. I pulled over into the parking lot and checked inside the store to see how busy they were. As you can see from the pictures, the store was completely empty and they were not even understaffed. The employees were chit-chatting and laughing. They probably spit in your food as well… Never ever go here!

They made our food fresh so it did take them awhile to serve us but we were fine waiting since we were watching what they had on their TV. Very clean and super nice employees. Food was delicious especially since it was made fresh.

Dark brown curly haired kid with earing working the food line…you should be ashamed of yourself. I have NEVER taken my kids out for dinner and wanted to cry from people being mean to me. You should not have a job in customer service. I told the person at the registister I had a disability in the first place and for you to say out loud “she’s annoying” “you can read the screen” and other hurtful things is unnecessary. I hope your Mother reads this and sees how disrespectful you are.

This Burger King is well staffed every time I come, which is hard in today’s lack of workforce. The food is always great! They got the no onion right also, but I asked for light ketchup and it tasted like either regular or extra. But still good, I recommend

Absolutely horrible experience here! Waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes then finally get up there and the employee was so rude. He said yeah sorry for the wait and then they couldn’t even find my food. I only ordered three items. Then one of the other employees tossed a sauce packet to the other then he proceeded to drop it on the floor and I guess I assumed the second employee had another and put it in the bag but nope they just sent me on my way without instead of taking the extra 30 seconds to get me a new one. Also the employee at the window head headphones in while also wearing a headset. Terrible. Don’t go unless you want to wait forever!

I hate to leave a bad review, but on two separate occasions I came to the outlet mall and then went to this BK. Both times after I pay I’m asked to pull around and they’d bring the food. No problem, I get that. But both times it was more than a 15 minute wait and both times the food was lukewarm and one order missing an item completely. I won’t come back to this specific location.
