I got the breakfast burrito, it was a little heavy on the egg versus the meat portion, and the grain free tortilla was not for me, the texture of it was kind of rubbery. But it’s a health joint so I get why it’s being used. The fruit served with it was fresh, the atmosphere of the place was really cozy and the staff was very friendly!

I am a decades-long vegetarian. I get the challenge of making a gluten free friendly vegan taco. But have these guys never heard of spices? Salt? Flavor?

$16 for these sad, flavorless tacos. That’s the sum of my experience. I asked the lady at the counter if they were big tacos since they were $8 a piece and she said yes. We can agree to disagree I guess. They weren’t very big.

If you’re one of those dainty sun valley ladies with rich husbands and proudly eats like a bird and doesn’t believe in the joy of food, then this is probably a great place for you.

But for me, it didn’t excite me. I’ll come back and try something else though. Maybe this was a fluke. The coffee was good. It’s a nicely designed space and the location is great. The pallets on the ceiling are cool but they should probably put some sound treatment padding up there because it was LOUD inside.

It’s a counter-ordering service and not a full service restaurant, so why charge full service prices? I can’t tell if they’re just not great at managing their costs since they’re new to the area, or if they just are banking on one-time-purchases from tourists. I hope it works out for them, I do think it’s nice to have a health-forward place in Ketchum but this isn’t Twin and the ebbs and flows of the economy are difficult to navigate. If you want locals coming during slack season, you gotta work on those prices and make the food taste just a bit better!

We can Make Healthy Food Flavorful Again. It just involves culinary technique.

The decor was simple and super cute and cozy! We loved the pallet ceiling, it adds great texture to the space.
All of the staff were very sweet and accommodating.
We ordered a sandwich with a side salad and a soup. All items were very delicious and the dressing was definitely a highlight. We would absolutely return if we are passing through again.

Appreciate that they have some vegan options, overall wasn’t great. Like others have mentioned, for almost $10, you get one small slice of toast with avocado. Feels like highway robbery when I can get a very nice loaf of local bread for under $7. Should at least be two slices at that ridiculous price. The coffee wasn’t very strong or flavorful either.

On the good side, the staff was very friendly, and the smoothie was yummy (though also expensive for the size). The Mocha was solid too. The main entrees look promising so will give those a shot next time.

This is our second year spending the holidays in Ketchum. We found this spot last year, and were excited to return for its warm service, delicious food, and relaxing atmosphere. The folks at 4ROOTS are awesome!

Rolled in around 12:50pm with the my family of four. The place was full but we grabbed a table pretty quick. Vibe was great with a nice menu of healthy options. We got four breakfast burritos, drinks and a couple gluten free donuts, and it was all delicious. Organic coffee too, which is huge. Super kind people running it. You can tell it attracts folks who care about health. Great experience, eating real food with my wife and daughters. We’ll definitely be back.

These young guys do a great job with their service and amazing food that’s incredibly fresh and healthy. Had the wild salmon tacos and never had a better taco in my life. We also had their raspberry sunrise smoothie, coconut macaroon with chocolate. Their coffee was also one of the best coffees I’ve had in a long time. Kudos! We will be back tomorrow

I love this little spot and if we get back to Ketchum Idaho we’d definitely return. Everything is gluten free; we had a delicious tuna melt sandwich with an excellent little salad (dressing absolutely fabulous) and a freshly made chocolate macaroon! I’m alway looking for gluten free spots and one doesn’t have to travel to Portland Oregon for that delicious food!!

I wanted to give it five stars… I like the concept of gluten free. It just wasn’t spectacular. My only complaint is the iced chai tea tasted like a cup of almond milk. I didn’t taste any chai at all.
