Sabitri : The food was amazing — full of authentic flavors and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with light music that made the whole experience even better. One of the best steamed chicken Momo and chicken Tikka grill I had. Momo is perfectly steamed and tastes great with the house made sauce. Chicken tikka was tender and juicy served with coriander sauce/ chutney.
Affordable pricing and quite a few options on the menu to choose from. They prepare everything fresh so allow 10 minutes for the fresh foods. They serve Halal food too. Street parking is free but limited space. I will highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Btw great well maintained ambiance and excellent customer service.

I actually wanted to leave a review the last time I bought food from here, but unfortunately I missed the chance. In Owen Sound, this place is truly a hidden gem. They serve some really good Indian-style dishes along with a great variety of other options. I’ve had a really good experience here, this is a very genuine review.

We have been doing bi.monthly to monthly take out from Sabitri’s for over 2 years now. Kasum is so humble and appreciative of our support and is a good front line reflection on the family business. The food is always fresh and delicious and is consistent in quality so hats off to the chef.

We got a dinner platter that comes with a curry of your choice, two veggie dishes, rice, naan, and dessert. We also got an order of the beef momos and it was more than enough for two adults. Each dish had great flavour and the restaurant can alter the spice to your liking from none to very hot. The prices were also very reasonable.
We also tried two of their December bar menu; the Dirty Santa and the Hot Rum Punch. The first was a fruity vodka cranberry cocktail with coconut rum and the second featured a Nepalese rum which was very pleasant. The cocktails were made to order and even shaken, no mixes used here.
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and has options for those who are less adventurous and would prefer a wrap or a salad. There was even a kids menu.
The staff was very friendly and attentive, and even showed me the rum that was used in the drink; I intend to find some for home!

On our trip from Toronto to Tobermory, we stopped at Sabriti Nepali and Indian Cuisine to enjoy some Nepali food after such a long time and wow, it was worth every kilometre! The dal bhat tasted just like it was made by my mom back home. It was so delicious that on our way back, we stopped there again because we didn’t want to miss it. We also tried their momo, and honestly, nothing can beat that taste. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Nepali flavors you won’t be disappointed!

We ordered Non veg plate – with Lamb curry which is a must try . Highly Recommened.

We stopped by to grab some dinner on our way home from Tobermory and this place hit the spot! As everyone says, their chicken momos were delicious, love the sauce that is served with it. Nepali tea was warm and cozy. We ordered the lamb curry dinner plate and butter chicken dinner plate (comes with choice of curry, 2 curried vegetables, rice, nan, and a dessert) which were great value and tasty. Will definitely be back when were in the area!
