Josh offered above and beyond customer service where he made sure my order name and details were correct, provided the time the order would be ready without me asking, as well as asked if I would like any additional topping such as butter in which I said yes! I ordered a steak & cheese sub, requested lite butter and no mushrooms. Instead, I got what seemed like “extra” butter and it had more mushrooms than meat. It took 3 paper towels to soak up all the butter and since I don’t eat fungus I picked the Shrooms off and I swear I had like half a dozen little pieces of meat on the whole thing. Plus, last time I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and they put Buffalo wing sauce on it instead of BBQ sauce.
