I work near this location and the scoops are so inconsistent. Some days it’s normal and some days it’s like this. If I can see the bottom of my bowl, it’s not okay AND on top of that, a huge piece of onion.
Edit: I tried contacting Chipotle directly and they kept saying i need to contact UberEats and when I contact UberEats, they said there is nothing they can do about it. Then I go back to Chipotle’s website and can’t get in contact with anyone because of the Pepper automated chat.

The staff here is incredibly rude especially the guy serving the food.. not asking you for a smile and i understand that you make minimum wage and it’s hard as it is, but don’t take it out on customers.
The guy giving the food is insanely cheap on protein… I bought a steak rice bowl he gave me less than half scoop of steak. I was so baffled and asked if I can at least get a full scope, he literally looked at me saying it was a full scoop while it’s less than 10 pieces and barely half scoop.. then he proceed gave me another HALF scoop.. then charged me extra protein at checkout, which I did not notice it until I got home.. seriously???

Best place to get a decent meal super fast. Can’t complain, employees have always been kind and they notice when I’m on a hurry so they package everything super quickly. Food taste good and is somewhat healthy, you get beans, tomato, lettuce, onion, guacamole, and protein.

Swung by for a quick bite on a Friday afternoon. No line but was busy with delivery orders. Plenty of seats indoors. Staff was attentive and amicable. Great location in the middle of downtown. Ordered a chicken burrito and was packed and damp so much it broke my tortilla.

ordered online … order was ready at 5:07pm was there at 5:05pm order was not ready. App said the order would be at 5:10pm, so I waited……employee gets off places and order, and it’s made for him 2 other guest come in …order is made for them as well. Meanwhile, the app states my order is ready for pick up…I ask “I’ll let you know when I see it as the ticket is hanging from the food display. Ask again, finally making it…as I watch the person make it a full spoon of corn salsa is added when I asked for light. Asked for guacamole in the order, not light, but that was applied as if I said hold the guacamole just like the small portion of chicken. As he is about to give me the order I informed him he didn’t do light corn salsa he proceeds to dig into the bowl to check…his opinion not light….I ask for I lt to be made over. The manager sees the line worker toss the bowl and ask why. Manger didn’t come up to apologize about the delay or the incorrect order. Anyways overall awful service. 5:22 pm food was finally put together, only taking 2 mins to be re-done. Fastest way ….probably should have just ordered at the store.

I went late in the evening, around 9:30 PM and the steam table was rather empty. The veggies were waaay overcooked, the salad greens were okay and the only protein options were dry (steak and chix). The chips and guacamole were good. For a downtown location that’s open until 11 PM, the food should be better.

This location does not deserve a 4 star. I always get the burrito and they are so inconsistent making them. 1 day I get a nice sized burrito, another I get a little ball. By the way I order online, so I’m not there in person to watch them make it. I don’t like talking to people, I just like to go in, pick up my order, and leave. Every customer is different, and that’s how I am. They need to do better with their burrito making skills.

My first experience with Chipotle. Great services from the staff. Ordered rice with chicken and pork. Had a good time. The ambient of the store is comfy and modern, based on industrial and wooden design, matching the spirit of Chipotle very well. Great food with great price. Highly recommended!
