The Shaker & Vine is a 21 and older, adult only establishment. Children of any age are not permitted. Valid ID required to enter. The Shaker & Vine offers a wine and cocktail experience that is the first of its kind in the Capital Region. We paired our interactive wine experience with premium hand-crafted cocktails, added in some tasty small plates and sharables, then wrapping it all up in a hip, lounge-y vibe! The result? A fun, unique experience that offers something for everyone. Come see what makes us different! Kitchen closes at 9pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10pm on Friday and Saturday. Desserts are available until 10:30pm on Friday and Saturday.

Located at 221 Harborside Dr, this spot is a mandatory visit; it absolutely astonished me. From the start, the staff’s sincerity and integrity made the atmosphere feel instantly welcoming.
The food, drinks, and desserts were a symphony of flavors, where every bite truly tells the story.
We began with two sublime cocktails: the Dubai Chocolate Martini (rich, luscious sweetness—pure indulgence!) and the surprisingly smooth Sage Advice.
For entrees, the mathbf{10/10} Peachy Keen salad was a revelatory masterpiece—sweet peaches paired flawlessly with savory ingredients. The Burrata Ravioli, with its comforting, house-made roasted red pepper pesto, will blow your socks off.
Our waiter, Evan, suggested the light, delicious Mousse Chocolate Cake and the exceptional Pistachio Ice Cream Cannoli’s with a perfect, crunchy shell. We ended the night with the mind-blowing S’mores Shooter.
This spot is the vibe of the year! (21+ only).

Cozy and intimate seating for a date night on some comfy couches. They use actual N/A Spirits in their deliciois mocktails, which was much appreciated as it’s hard to find Non Alcoholic drinks that aren’t just fancy juice. By boyfriend was able to enjoy some wonderful NA options here.
Service was spot on and the Dubai Chocolate Cocktail was amazing. I also really appreciated that our server went out of her way to verify that my each of my boyfriend’s drinks were NA so as not to have a mixup

I enjoyed my visit at The Shaker and Vine with some of my friends here. First and foremost I absolutely loved the vibe of this place – made me feel as though I was dining at a restaurant in Fort Lauderdale with all the palm trees and the layout of this spot.
The craft cocktail I had was quite strong but the presentation was gorgeous!
The food was amazing also!
(First time having shrimp scampi styled shrimp on a flat bread – it was fire)
I enjoyed it all however personally I wish there was more of a variety to the menu.
Other than that a solid ten out of ten.

This place is very popular among my friend group so I decided to give it a try. I live about an hour away and it was so worth the drive!! It was busy when I went but the staff were still very attentive and inviting! I got the lobster ravioli and an espresso martini. By far the BEST I’ve had!! I will absolutely by coming again! Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our time at Shaker and Vine – they have a relaxing but fun atmosphere.
They were pretty busy when we went 6pm on a Saturday night (I would recommend reservations).
They have a large assortment of drinks, with rotating special cocktails. The bartender John was absolutely amazing, took his craft seriously, and took good care of us!
Food was delicious, just a little pricey.
Definitely stop by if you are in the area.

I feel like the big draw here is the aesthetics. Because it’s very cool looking and the cocktails are tasty and fun. However, we arrived shortly before opening to make a reservation and could hear the employees being *screamed* at. When we arrived later for our reservation the employees were very stoic and not super friendly. Our busser offered us water and never came back. It was a very tense weird vibe. Probably wouldn’t come back due to price and atmosphere. Dubai chocolate martini was great though lol.

We had an amazing time for my daughters birthday. Food was amazing and they even brought out the cake I bought with a candle so we could sing her happy birthday. They cut the cake and served it. This was for an additional $15 fee which was explained to me prior to going so it was not an issue for me. Our only complaint was our server Amanda! Where was she? She literally disappeared on more than one occasion and after our first drink she didn’t even ask if we’d like a second. She just took the glass and left. She was nice and polite but she was absent. The night was busy and maybe that was why. But for a $58.60 tip to be automatically included because we were a party of 7 we expected $58.60 worth of her attention. I would come again as this was my second time here. Again the food we ordered was very good and the atmosphere is so nice and relaxed. We just wish we received the service we paid for.

I went in on a Tuesday night and much to my surprise there was deals on some of the drinks when sitting at the bar.
The atmosphere is very intimate and overall is just a vibe.
I ordered the pulled pork sliders and they were so delicious and flavorful.
I got an espresso martini (light) and it was so creamy, smooth and delicious.
I will 100% be back. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was wonderful.
