Great spot. Our waitress, Sophie, was awesome, polite, and very attentive. She even asked us if there are any allergy concerns. The sushi appetizer was yummy. I would have preferred wasabi, but good regardless. The Spicy Chicken Ramen I got was just a little bland, but it was still good, especially after adding the seasoning sauce that Sophie suggested. Seating is a little tight. Overall, great spot.

JINYA Ramen Bar is absolutely amazing! Their non-alcoholic mocktails are outstanding—so refreshing, well balanced, and honestly just as enjoyable as a cocktail. It’s great to have such creative and flavorful options without alcohol.

The ramen was incredibly good—rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh, high-quality toppings. You can really tell the care that goes into each bowl. The portions were filling, and everything tasted authentic and comforting.

The ambiance is modern and cozy, the service was friendly and attentive, and the overall experience felt relaxed yet elevated. Whether you’re going for ramen, drinks, or just a great dining experience, JINYA never disappoints. Definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to!

I’ve been wanting to come here for so long and thankful I finally did! I started with sake flight which was sooo good not too strong but hit just enough. The bao bun was sooo good but crispy chicken was for sure my favorite app. All the ramen were so good and we all got different ones. Server was amazing!!

Nice Japanese restaurant with good choice of ramen and rice. The garlic rice is very tasty and special. For appetizer I love the miso eggplant, absolutely delicious. There are not a lot of dessert choices. The mocha tiramisu is very good. The service is great, everyone works there are very attentive and friendly.

JINYA! What an absolute delight. This was our first time going and needless to say, we will be returning for so many reasons. Firstly, the staff are absolutely incredible. Brady, the manager, is one of the best in the business. He is kind, knowledgeable and was an absolute JOY to us. Rony, our server, was also absolutely stellar- amazing recommendations, menu knowledge and such a genuine, caring human. We felt so welcomed! It’s clear the team works hard but they don’t let that compromise a joyful, vibey atmosphere. Secondly, the FOOD! You are in for a treat- the menu has so much variety and something for everyone- omnivore and vegetarian included! The ramens were incredible and were served in beautiful custom bowls made in Japan- stunning. The atmosphere is elevated and intimate without being pretentious or stuffy. Thank you so much to the whole crew- from chefs to the serving team- our experience was wonderful and memorable! If you’re in the area, this is the spot you need to go for Ramen, etc!! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My server, Nishka, was working her very first day and taking care of the bar, and she absolutely crushed it.

I ordered the spicy creamy vegan ramen, which was delicious and rich in flavor. I personally would’ve loved a bit more heat, and when I asked for some spicy sauce on the side, it added the perfect extra umph to the bowl.

Overall, great food and even better service. Shoutout to Nishka for such a strong first day.

The overall aesthetic is nice and clean. The food was subpar at best, and the customer service was awful from Ms. Jay. Please train her to be better or remove her entirely.

Our small group was not even greeted but every other family or group after us was, with the standard, “Irasshai”; not cool. This is my first time here, so already off to a rocky start.

I ordered the Tonkatsu Red Bowl, I asked for spice Level 6. Ms. Jay proceeded to talk me down to a Level 3-4, and when I tried to reason with her and tell her I can handle a considerable amount of spice, she insisted and said “You’re going to want to trust me on this one.” I yielded for the sake of not going back and forth. Wrong move. The bowl basically lacked spice or any depth of flavor at all.

Ms. Jay didn’t offer refills on our drinks until we were already done with our meals. She barely checked on us. The couple next to us complained and got free mochi, we got nothing but a scolding for asking to have a chili paste removed from the tab since neither of us used it.

Ms. Jay yelled for everyone within earshot to hear, “my manager said that this is a one time thing. If you come back again and ask to have something removed, it’s not gonna happen!”

First and last visit, for me. Even if the food isn’t that great, customer service goes a long way with me. Ms. Jay is sorely lacking in that department.
