Order 2 pizzas 1 thin crust way over cooked with way too much added seasoning. Greasy boxes all over my table. Tracker also don’t work? Found that out as well. Guess you get what you pay for.. Trash!!

I moved nearby going on 7 years ago and I used to not be able to order delivery on the app, I would have to call. Now I am able to order on the app (I guess whatever it was got fixed) and the process is easy! The delivery drivers have always been nice and the pizza is always delicious and fresh. I never had a problem. I look forward to getting my pizza from here because the family and I always enjoy it! Also they call me promptly if they ever have any questions about my order and deliver pretty fast.

During a visit with family for the holiday, we decided to order Dominos. Upon calling, each time(Called 3 times during the same day), waited on hold for at least 5 minutes. When we arrived, there were 6+ employees with 3 of them just standing around. Had to wait while one female was talking to some guy in the lobby about another woman having to delete her number. When we finally got our food (didn’t check the food in the store—bad decision). When we got back home to hungry kiddos excited to eat, the pizza looked at shown with the attached images. Then when we called, had to wait on hold again, and was told that we had to bring back all 3 pizzas, no apology, no that isn’t the experience we want our customers to have, nothing. Was told we had to wait even more time for the pizzas than before, 10-15mins compared to 15-20. When we got there, again, NOT ONE customer in the building, made pizzas ready for other customers, but waiting on the phone for 9 minutes. See attached photo. When we got the pizzas, again no apology, no make, no how can we make things/experience better. We know now to choose a higher quality pizza option in the future. We had NOT chose them in the past 5 years and won’t again even when we return home to our home state.

We waited over 30 minutes past our 50 minue quote time (over an hour and a half from time of ordering) quoted time for our pizza to be delivered. When it arrived we were dismayed to see our pizza looked every bit an hour and a half old (I took pictures) nearly burnt, lukewarm to the touch at best, concealed cheese, and grease soaked box) when I called to speak to someone I waited for over 18 minutes on hold for a manager who never came to the phone and decided to drive to the location and get a refund. At the point I am upset and angry but still very civil. When I arrived and was speaking to the manager (angry but civil) he wouldn’t say a word and was not apologetic at all. While trying to rouse some sort of apology from him ( keep in mind i am angry and talking but not yelling, not cussing or being uncivilized but rightfully angry) one of his employees ( his name was Ethan) decided to come up and be very patronizing and antagonistic. I am incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the level of food service and level of customer service displayed.

If I could give no starts I would, I’m so upset. We have ordered from this domino’s MULTIPLE TIMES. Should I have checked before I left? YES. Should I even have to check before leaving? NO.

Red – “The hero of our Wednesday night.”
From the moment I placed my order, I knew I was in for a great experience, but I was absolutely blown away by the service I received from the delivery driver, Red. Seriously, Ref deserves a raise, a promotion, and maybe even a day named in their honor.
First off, the pizza arrived way faster than I expected. I’m talking warp-speed delivery here! And when the driver handed me the pizza, it was like receiving a gift from the pizza gods themselves. The box was perfectly intact, the pizza was piping hot, and the driver had the biggest, most genuine smile I’ve ever seen. She was beyond friendly and kind to us.
But it wasn’t just the speed and the smile that impressed me. Red went above and beyond in every possible way. They navigated my tricky housing complex like a seasoned pro, they remembered my request for extra sauces without me even having to ask, and they even wished me a great evening with such sincerity that I felt like I’d made a new friend. This wasn’t just a pizza delivery; it was an experience! I’m not exaggerating when I say that Red is a shining example of how customer service should be. They’ve set the bar so high that I don’t think any other delivery driver will ever be able to measure up. So, to the amazing, *RED* who brought joy and deliciousness into our lives, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You’re a true hero, and I hope your manager recognizes what a valuable asset you are to the team.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Domino’s! The pizza is always hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The crust is the perfect mix of crispy and soft, and the toppings are always generous. I also love how easy it is to order through the app and track my delivery…super convenient.
