Flavor Fusion Bistro is a great little hidden gem! Food is made fresh and it shows. The burger was a blend of brisket and rib meat I believe. Friendly staff.
The location is “hidden” feeling back in an old golf club, but it is here! Could use some more decor? But either way… food and staff are great!

Hubby had the Rasta Pasta w/chicken and I had the Coconut Curry Pasta w/shrimp and when I tell ya I don’t usually eat penne pasta I’m more of linguine or fettuccine noodles eater but when I tell you the flavors was the best I’ve ever had. I ordered the wings and the curry chicken. The wings were amazing—crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly! The curry had great flavor, though I didn’t realize it was made with chicken breast, which made it a little on the dry side. Still, I really enjoyed it! The atmosphere was welcoming, had drink and watched some football while I waited. Bartender was engaging with great conversation, overall, I definitely plan on going back while there’s a whole menu left to try!

This was our second time here. The first time was opening day. The service was a little slow, as you would expect on opening day, but the food was absolutely delicious. Well worth the wait. We had the tropical burger, salmon, jerk pork and curry chicken. It was definitely fresh cooked, and we had plenty to eat. Today we got Fusion Wingz to go with BBQ sauce and Sweet Chili. I think they were the best wings we have had in a long time. The waiter was very personable, and the wings were ready on time. We travel often and won’t be back until June. This will be the first restaurant we go to.

I recently visited Flavor Fusion Bistro and was thoroughly impressed! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the drinks were just as good.
I particularly enjoyed the oxtail, which was perfectly tender and rich, and the rice and peas were a fantastic accompaniment. The plantains added a lovely touch of sweetness. The shrimp appetizer was a delightful dish, beautifully presented and packed with flavor. We also tried the chicken patty and wings, both of which were delicious and well-prepared.
Their drinks, like the one in the mason jar, were refreshing and well-made. The bar area looked inviting, and it’s clear they take pride in their beverage offerings.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience with good, fresh food and drinks in a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Flavor Fusion Bistro!

Coco mania drink was delicious, I had to have 3. Andre the server was great and provided good recommendations and service. We got the curry salmon, Rasta pasta, and kids chicken tenders. I asked for my pasta spicier than normal and it was perfect. Really good food and service. Atmosphere – could use some background music or something. Will be back.

Coming from the inner city of Orlando, I really enjoyed this experience more than most restaurants I go to. The owner, Patrick, is extremely personable and has an extensive career in food service. The curry pasta with chicken was the best food I’ve had in such a long time. The service was authentic, fast, and excellent. The mango smoothie was amazing as well! Stumbled on this place on evening when everything was closed. This is my wife and I new favorite spot! WOW. The flavor was amazing. Everything was made fresh, took a little bit more time to have the food out but was well worth it! Definitely recommend trying it out, we had the pasta, jerk chicken and plantain shrimp appetizer! All cooked to perfection with delicious flavor. We will be back!
