Stopped by Starbucks and had a great experience. The baristas were kind, my drink was made just right, and the atmosphere was really nice. Everything was clean and well organized. Always a reliable place for great coffee and good service!

Service was horrible they will ignore you constantly regardless of order you walk in. I had to rudely tell the server i was here for an order they brushed it aside and asked the cashier to pack it which was infront of the other workers the entire time. Now the delivery will be late. Either management is needed or new management and retraining. Will not come back here and will be letting dash and uber customers i deliver for to avoid this location even if the “location closed” button is constantly used here until training is given. Such a shame a large company employs such mentally slow people. They couldnt even close the lids on the delivery so it spilled everywhere i will be speaking with the manager there about damages and people being fired

I can’t say enough good things about the Starbucks on Spencer St. The employees are always pleasant, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They’re truly on the ball and go out of their way to make sure your order is made correctly and quickly—all with a genuine smile. I frequent Starbucks drive thru on my way home from work. It is a long drive and I intentionally pass two other Starbucks because Angel and the night crew at the Spencer Street location in Manchester are always so friendly and efficient. The food and beverages are made well and it actually feels like they care about your experience. Always happy to leave a tip here when the key pad “asks me a question”.

I had an amazing experience at Spencer St Starbucks. This locations employees treated me with both kindness & respect while also making my drink correctly. I ordered a pink drink with vanilla sweet cold foam & not only was my drink made correctly, they greeted me before i took my order & told me goodbye as i left! I recommend coming to this Starbucks if you want to feel like your experience is valued to the employees; and I assure you that you’ll feel both welcomed & appreciated as a customer in Starbucks at Spencer St!
