Mr. Pizza in New Castle PA has got a great location, a drive through, and New York and Sicilian thick square style. They are both great, never had an issue.
All I ever get at Mr. Pizza is, the pizza. That’s because they have the hands down best sauce in the area. I’m from Youngstown area, so like a chewy crust with a good sauce with some flavor.
Mr. Pizza doesn’t have a thick crust round, but I get the anchovy (this picture of two slices is double anchovy) and sauce and I don’t mind the thin crust at all.
Seriously, they have really good pizza. I take mine home to crisp it up and burn the cheese some, but that’s it. This pie is just flat good.

Been a while (actually precovid) since I’ve eaten here and just as great as I remember it. I got used to not eating out when Covid hit. Can’t say enough great things about mr pizza . Always consistent, delicious, and economical. By far the best pizza place in western Pennsylvania.

The pizza could be the best pizza in New Castle. Problem is it is very inconsistent. There are times that the pizza is cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. Half the other times the cheese is piled in the middle with hardly any cheese near the crust. Also the crust will be burnt while the middle is undercooked. Im not sure what causes the differences but If they could get their pizza more consistent I would give them 5 stars.

Ordered here on daily specials, ordered numerous sandwiches for employees at job and ordered multiple sandwiches for family members on specials. And I had the best experience except for the last time I went and that’s the last time I ever went because of the experience. I was in the drive through waiting on my order. I pulled up to the window. The girl at the window had gloves on. She ended up touching the register tape. Changing it because it was empty. I watched her with the same gloves on. Go over to the garbage, can pulled it out. Throw away the old receipt paper with the same gloves. And then went over there and touched the bun drawer. Got the bun out, mind you with the same gloves on. Put the meatballs on the sub and put it in the oven and then decided to take the gloves off when she came to get my payment at that point I told her I do not want that order and I will not order again because I just watched you. With those gloves on touch, multiple surfaces, including a dirty garbage can. And you then went and touch food with those gloves and Who knows what is on them at that point all the dirty surfaces and the GARBAGE CAN ( THE DIRTIEST SURFACE IN THERE BESIDES THE RESTROOMS) And then decide to take them off. So I don’t want the order. And all I got back is a smart look instead, and quote she said with a don’t care attitude “okay, bye” and that was the end of my trips to mister pizza. And any further ordering from mr pizza after that.

Order there often..The last 3 times i ordered there I’ve had problems. Last time i ordered A Sub and got Spoiled Meat!! This time i Ordered 16 cut Square Pizza and litterly received a BURNT PIZZA WITH NO SAUCE..SO i called n complained. They said they will send a new pizza but need old one back. When driver came to give us the pizza he said he can’t give us the pizza bc there were few pieces missing from original..I wouldn’t know that i didn’t like the pizza unless i tried it first..I’m done!! NEVER again. They dont use real dough, they use a filler. Just another place that went down hill and tries to cut ingredients. Won’t be long before they shut down.

Ordered my food on 9/16/25 got a large cheese pizza 2 pepperoni subs wirh no banana peppers and 1 sausage sandwich. At 4:30pm got my food about 5:00pm same day used half cash half debit card noticed I was charged everything on the card then ate the pizza only it was cold when I got it then called and wanted to talk to a manager to get a refund well the owner wasn’t going to be in until 9:30-10pm that same night so now I had to stay up later then normal well called the guy then brought to my house the $15 I was charged. Then I when to get a snack because I was hungry and noticed all my subs were the same pepperoni and cheese not even what I ordered as you read above what I ordered. This place needs updated and a new owner and whole new staff.

The food is good. The service was not very good and the people working the night we went weren’t all that friendly. Antipasto salad was huge and the pizza was too. They don’t have wings which is strange to me.

Got pizza last night they overcharged us for a 8 cut. Charged us 16.82 for a 8 cut if you look at menu it’s under 10 dollars. Little girl answering the phone always rude and mad she hates her job. Pizza was raw and uncooked and delivered driver is dishonest.
