This is easily the worse service, in southeastern North Carolina. The shift manager Mike was dressed like he just got off of a tactor plowing a field. The front cashier was a young lady in a wheel chair with a cast on one leg and a fluffy bedroom shoe on the other foot. The other young lady at the front had a “I don’t care” attitude with no answers for anything. One other female employee was just plain rude and hostile towards people coming in. I waited 25 minutes just to find that my food was sitting on a shelf behind the service counter. This staff does not care and neither does the shift manager. Whoever owns this place obvisously could care less about what the establishment is doing. They just want to make money. They will never get mine again and I suggest you don’t waste your money their either. Better yet, if you don’t believe me. Find out for yourself. Take a week off and close your doors.

This KFC has to be my least favorite one for my area. The sweet tea is never sweet and they never have your order they way you want and what i mean is they take your money for an order then come and tell you they dont have that and can we get you something different. They always do this like you should knw if you have what i want or not before you take my money…Im over it this has happened to me multiple times.. And they never ever try and make the customer happy…NEVER

Ordered pick up about 5pm went inside to pick up at the KFC in shallotte, nc..Got food and wedges tasted like they were made when the store opened first thing that morning. Nuggets tasted old as well. My wife said her breast and thigh tasted like yesterday’s chicken. Biscuits were hard as rocks. Staff was acting like they were at a frat party. Me and my wife love KFC but this will probably be the last time I ever go to KFC anywhere again.

I would like to say that I entered the establishment to pick up an employee from work, and a boy with green earrings and short hair and kinda tall boy, had made faces to me when I asked where my sibling was, he said what 6x and he was playing in the kitchen and not even doing his job. 1 star do better

Went here more than once and every time I have been through the drive thru I had to pull into parking spot and wait. Each time was several minutes. Only ordered a tender meal or a nugget meal so no large or complicated order. What should be a 5 minute stop turned into a 15 minute stop on more than 1 occasion. Should learn my lesson and not return. Just don’t be in rush going to this place. I was forgotten about 1 time and had to go in and get. Very frustrating. Lady even told me no wait on nuggets just tenders and still had to wait and pull in parking spot.

Took 40 minutes to get my food and was still missing several items. Only ordered for 2 people. Simple stuff. $11 famous bowl was 4 nuggets sitting atop some instant mashed potatoes. Go to Cookout and get you a big plate of food for $7.99 handed to you in less than 2 minutes…

I normally post about walk in restaurants but i need to speak up for my fast foodies here. This KFC is horrible we went up to get a liver combo and a chicken sandwich meal the lady taking our order was blunt but nice. Now we get to the bad part pull up to the window and this old scraggely dude hands us our reciept havent even been there for a couple of seconds no serious line and instanlty tells us to go and park with a major attitude so we pulled to the side and waited while we watched 4 cars all get there meal instantly and about saw our order given to the wrong car. When we got our food it looked like a kindergardener threw it together my wifes gravy to her mash potato bites was just thrown in there with the lid not even clicked so now all of her bites were soggy they forgot BOTH of my sides to my meal but somehow remembered that i needed sporks -_- i know its fast food but thats no excuse for treatment and food quality.

Male cashier had the personality of a “Hershey Kiss”. No thank you for coming, bagged food when eating in, asked for hot sauce and borderline smacking it in my hand, biscuits were hard as a rock!!!! I could go on… Second time in a row with bad service, next time I won’t hold my tongue and demand respect for being a customer. I’m a nice guy until treated wrong!!!!

I can’t believe how they treated us. We went to the location and and my mom and Law ordered a family meal instead of them giving her biscuits. They gave her hamburger buns, very hard and cold hamburger buns and look at the gravy this was from yesterday night
