This is a must visit!!
Very much worth any wait – this is now my favorite place in all of Colorado. Robert and his staff make this a seamless incredible experience with delicious tender meat, perfectly warm noodles and a delivering of a seamless experience all around. Really impressed with the quality of food and Robert really takes pride in his food and knowing that his food is well received. Please come support him! I was really quite impressed and can’t wait to go back and make this one of my favorite places.

Had lunch with the hubby here and the food did not disappoint. I ordered a Build Your Own Poke Bowl and the spicy mayo definitely exceeded expections. Hubby got the Spicy Pho and the heat was noticeable but not overwhelming.
Overall, this was a very pleasant dining experience and I look forward to returning and sampling more of the menu

The best Uni I’ve had in a while! Reminds me of Japan! Very friendly servers. Please try the fresh mochi! Literally everything was so fresh and delicious !!! I’ll be back for the pho and Ramen. I’m sure it’s great!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lemongrass, a new addition of Misaki Sushi at Stanley Market Place, and was thoroughly impressed. We ordered the Pho and Bun Bo Hue, and both dishes exceeded my expectations.
The broth is the star here – clearly made from simmering beef bones for hours, resulting in a rich, flavorful base that doesn’t require any additional seasoning. You can immediately smell the depth of the bone broth when it arrives at the table, and the fresh ingredients and tender cuts of meat only add to the experience.
The Bun Bo Hue, a spicy beef noodle soup, was particularly unique. The broth had a distinct and robust flavor that set it apart from other places I’ve tried. Paired with the perfectly cooked noodles that had just the right amount of chew, it was a standout dish.
If you’re looking for an authentic Vietnamese flavors with high-quality ingredients, I highly recommend Lemongrass.

I was traveling around Denver when I stumbled upon this place and just the smell made me have an appetite. I ordered the brisket pho. I took my first bite and already knew this was the best pho I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The portion was generous. I didn’t think this food could get better but hearing the way Robert talked to his staff made the food even more enjoyable. He was kind, he was patient, and he was honest.

This place has the same issue as their sister restaurant Misaki: terrible to go service. Neither can figure out how to get a complete order out at one time. I ordered two Banh Mi and one sat on the counter for 15 minutes getting cold and the fries soggy while the other has yet to appear. After going to the counter multiple times they said they’d “rush it” even though it’s already been 35 minutes since we ordered.

Maybe this was an off night for them but my meal was horrible. First bite and I thought “I could make this at home”. But I could certainly make it better at home. The green curry and rice were lukewarm. A lot of the chicken pieces were chewy. The peppers and onions were more raw than cooked.
Absolutely horrible. Like I said, maybe an off night but there are many other options in there marketplace that I will eat at instead of returning here.

We ordered the gyoza and brisket pho, and both dishes were wonderful. The service was exceptional— the male owner even came over to ask if we preferred more noodles or broth in our pho, a thoughtful touch that stood out. When the pho arrived, it was soul-warming and clearly made with care. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this gem—you won’t be disappointed!

We’ve always been a big fan of Misaki, and this new concept is just as amazing! The service is wonderful, the food was fantastic, and it was quick and easy. Currently Lemongrass is counter order and self seating, which I think is a good method for this style of food. We will definitely be back!

Always a fan of Misaki, now I have a great option for Pho! Walk up and order. Grab a seat and they’ll bring it out for you. Super convenient. I had the rare steak. Left stuffed. Broth is nice. Robert boils the bones for 8 hours.
