Oh no….not a good dining experience tonight. Ordered three taco combo and got three shells with lettuce, cheese and a miniscule amount of seasoned ground beef. I filled my drink cup up with what was supposed to be Dr Pepper but was a weird cherry flavored concoction that I didn’t like at all. Something going on at this Taco Bell and hopefully they can change direction and become a fast food restraunt that provides a good experience for it’s consumers.

We placed an app order around midnight last night 1/4 because it says this location closes 2am on sat nights. When we came at 12:30, we had to wait in the drive thru for 20 min before they even got on the mic. The guy told us there was no way they could make our order because they close soon. Employees here are having a dufficult time with the volume at night. Multiple vehicles waiting outside for food and angry customers making it dufficult for those employees. Please do something about duration at this location.

The staff here is so professional friendly. I had a huge order and they were patient and even repeated the whole order back to me to ensure accuracy. They offered help to carry everything to my car and even after I declined they came behind me to help me get everything to my car. I feel like this type of service is so rare especially at a fast food establishment so I had to leave review with how happy I am!

A teaspoon of meat and a major disappointment. I go here to gorge myself and be full after eating. Unfortunately since these guys now close at 8pm it appears they’re trying to conserve the beef. Either for the employees to eat or maybe so they don’t need to make more in their last hour of operation (I got there at 7). Very friendly staff is why I gave them an extra star.

I recently visited the Taco Bell in Chester, Maryland, and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was accurate and prepared quickly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I expected. The restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I was especially impressed with how well they handled the lunchtime rush while maintaining quality service. Definitely one of the better Taco Bell locations I’ve been to—I’ll be back!

Hadn’t been to Taco Bell in years! Always looking for something gluten free these days. We were on our way home from vacation and my sister suggested Nachos. They were so good. Really hit the spot! I didn’t feel deprived. Nachos were a great gluten free option. I have already gone back and gotten them again!

This was the worst Taco Bell’s I have ever been to. Extremely long wait for only 3 vehicles in line, forgot all of our sauces, and put nacho cheese in the bean and cheese burritos? They weren’t folded up properly so it oozed out over the entire wrapping. Inedible. Extremely disappointed

THE WOMEN WORKERS HERE WERE SO KIND AND FRIENDLY even at the late hour of night when I went they had a positive attitude!!!! Much better than other restaurant service I’ve been to. Give these ladies a raise!!
