WARNING ⚠️ Folks. This place has the most horrible food and service out of anywhere in Oklahoma and everyone should be fired especially the manager lady with the glasses. I had my food delivered and it was undercooked and nasty. I took my food back to get it remade or get a refund and the manager couldn’t get passed her ego thinking nothing was wrong with the food. She was rude, disrespectful and confrontational. She didn’t give me my money back and didn’t remake my food but told me I had to come back the next day to talk to the General Manager. This place robbed me and screwed me out of my money and food. The GM was no where to be found for 3 days. I won’t ever eat here again. Just look at the Pic of my hot wings. Terribly undercooked and Nasty and where’s the hot sauce? Eww! BTW the Pizza was just as messed up! Don’t order from here folks unless you want to eat trash can pizza wings and things.

I called to get help and the guy could barely be heard and acted like he didn’t care at all. My pizza took 1 and 1/2 hours to be delivered even tho I live 7 mins from the store. When they finally did deliver it, it was cold, they didn’t ring my doorbell and they just threw it on the ground. The pizza was all smushed so I know they threw it down. Horrible service, jerks who can’t speak clearly answering the phone. This store just does not care at all about customers!!

Just got out of the hospital and decided to try Dominoes Specialty Double Pepperoni. I ordered the 10″ and a small order of cheesy bread, plus delivery, which cost me $29.00, then tipped the driver $5.00 cash. This was way overpriced but I had watched their newest commercial and had to try it. I never do reviews, but I got madder with each bite. The pizza and cheese were way over cooked, there was gooey cheese at all, just a hard mess! After eating 1/2 a piece, I called Dominoes and told them to pick it up and credit my payment back to my card
, as it was the worst pizza I had ever eaten. The girl on the phone told me she had made it herself and it had several different kinds of cheese. I told her I didn’t are how many cheese types were on it as it was baked as hard as the crust. She said she was sorry, but I had already paid for it and there would be no refund. I usually buy pizza from Luigi’s in Del City for a fraction of the cost and it’s always good. But thought I would give Dominoes a try. NEvER again. The customer service was almost as bad as the pizza.

I never really gave this Domino’s the due credit they deserve but that changes now. I have ordered from this location a few times over the years that I lived in Del City and every single time I received a well-made pizza. To me, this is worthy of acknowledgement because aside from Burger King, all the other nearby joints are ran poorly and they screw up orders or something.

We order dominos at least a few times a month. They’re normally pretty decent but tonight our order was awful. One pizza cooked too long, the other not cooked long enough and they made a ridiculously poor attempt at cutting the deep dish pizza. Maybe dominos standards are different from other places, but these do not seem worth the money I spent on them. I will go out of my way to go to a different location next time.

Waited 2 hours for 2 medium pizzas, parmesean bites and cinnamon sticks. Pizzas were raw in the middle and burnt on the outside which is mind baffling, the dough was full on nasty black bubbles and the sauce was sour. There were 6 people mostly standing around because they weren’t trained, even the manager wasn’t trained. The parmesean bites and cinnamon sticks were cold and stale, even the icing thay came with was horrible. Wouldn’t refund my money and the food made me sick. Health department should shut them down.

I was prepared to give a 5 star review tonight because my mom and I have ordered from this location many times and the pizza has always been tasty but tonight was a major let down. My mom said it was the worst pizza she’s ever eaten as we were forcing it down. Both pizzas were way over cooked and practically too crispy to eat. The feta cheese was caked on in thick chunks and burned on the top. Not sure why the pizza was so burned but I’d think that any decent employee would have noticed how bad it was unacceptable and remade it for the customer. I will call the store tomorrow and ask for a refund and go from there. On a positive note I was 50% off by Domino’s on my next order

Additionally, I encountered several issues with your staff. The manager was rude and seemed unfamiliar with company policies. The employees appeared to lack proper training in customer service and communication, as they were unable to answer basic questions or handle phone calls effectively. My wait time was also longer than expected; I received a notification that my order was ready, yet I still had to wait inside for my food to be brought out.

Waited over 2 hours for delivery. Had to call them and see what was going on. Got a lot of excuses and had to go pick up my food. Never again. Will be calling corporate because I was told there was no phone number to speak with someone about this. Looking at other reviews it seems to be a frequent occurrence.
