This KFC location is consistently slow, with orders taking over 20 minutes or more. Tonight was especially frustrating. We placed our order through the app, which marked it as complete 15 minutes later. When we arrived, we were told it would be another 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes in the quick pickup area, we drove through the line, only to be told the ‘10 minutes’ was a mistake and that the wings were for a different order. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window before finally receiving our food. In total, the process took about 45 minutes for a simple order. Completely unacceptable.

Stopped in to try the honey BBQ sandwich as I was pretty excited it was back. What I ended up with was not the honey BBQ sauce and was just awful. In addition almost every soda was out which was frustrating. Got the mac n cheese with my sandwich which is not recommended.

Got coupons in the mail for meals. All the coupons were online only either in the app or through the website. None of them worked. The app was complicated and didn’t have a spot to enter promos. Tried to get help and the person online was incompetent and kept asking me the same questions over again. Decided we would get Wawa instead. Probably won’t go back. It’s not surprising they are shutting so many down.

I’m not exaggerating when I say it took 30 minutes to get one chicken sandwich fries and a drink. I arrived at 1:05 and placed my order on the kiosk; as I write this it’s 1:35 pm and I still haven’t received my order. There are multiple employees walking around seemingly doing nothing while one person in the back prepares food. Isiah (sp?) was slow, that’s the only name I heard. Worst experience trying to get “fast food.” I would rate negative 3 stars if I could. .. I also received a minuscule amount of fries. Ridiculous.

Worst KFC ever been to. They left food out of my order, mfries were halfway in the box and the Biscuits were raw dough, completely undercooked. No management on site. Asked for a refund and the cashier is going to ask for the food back

First the floor is sticky & dirty,,, Second the bathroom stinks and is very nasty. They could do better with cleaning the area especially by the food as well. Makes no sense especially in the Chester area. I wish I could give no stars honestly.
