New owners I think. Definitely new people and they are a HUGE improvement!!!! They are much cleaner than the last people. Doing a great job! I’ve started eating here again for the first time in two years. They are friendlier and the store looks great. Even their food and selections have improved.

This Subway just isn’t very good. I was there on a Saturday afternoon. Only one employee was working. The bread was clearly old and dry, some of the ingredients didn’t inspire much confidence either. The worst part, though, were the prices. I guess since it’s inside a food court they can get away with prices like this, but $8.00+ for every 12″ sandwich on the menu is a joke. Do yourself a favor and pack your own lunch when you’re at this mall. Or maybe try one of the other few restaurant options.

Waited in line for nearly 20 minutes because there was only 1 person working, and he was new. When customer before me asked for a salad, he told her he didn’t know how to make it. Then, he puts something on the counter and walks to the back. I looked at the paper on the counter and it said, “back in 10 minutes”. You have to wait every time to order because the associates are always in the back on their phones, I work in the mall so I don’t have time for that. You’re always hearing how they treat the customers poorly and how they are not careful with cleaner around the food. This subway and their team sucks!

Never open! Every time I go there during normal business hours when the rest of the mall is open they are closed. They’re one of the few places that has breakfast in the mall but you wouldn’t know that because they are never open.

I don’t eat pork. My sandwich was made after my kids who got ham. The lady didn’t change her gloves unfortunately I didn’t realize it until after I got suck that evening and asked my wife about it.

I ordered a chopped chicken salad. The spinach was liquidy and the attitude from the employees was bad. Employee also did not cut my chicken on wax paper, they cut it directly on the counter.
