Worst sonic ever! Stay away from this location, food cold even though waited (server said wait because it would be fresh), left the bacon and tomato off my toaster burger, old lettuce, zinger chicken sandwich gross. Ate half had to toss the rest. No answer on phone call

Didn’t even want to give a one star rating but I have to, I ordered at 20:08 didn’t receive my food until 20:32 so much for a 40 minute break.Not only were the tater tots cold, but my burger was old and not even complete. The customer service was terrible, and I didn’t even hear a simple sorry for the wait. Ridiculous.

The manager of this place is WONDERFUL . I spoke with someone at the location last night about parking my vehicle, apparently they own 5 or so spots in the hotel parking lot. The employee ensured that as long as the vehicle was moved before they opened at 9am it would be fine. I go to leave for work at 7:20 am to find out the manager had it towed. Maybe they should worry about their food quality and ticket times rather than a car parked two hours before they open. A little human decency goes a long way.

I didn’t realize they served breakfast, so when a friend told me, I went through the drive through at 8:40 am. The gentlemen took my order and when I got to the drive-thru window, I got a “Hello”, and “Good morning”, then he read back my order and took my card. The card reader wouldn’t work, so he entered it manually. Then that didn’t work. I gave him a credit card in case something was wrong with my bank, but it turned out to be their system. The guy working on all of this was their manager, Terry. He comped my meal and as I was taking the bag, I noticed their opening time was 9am. I apologized for hitting their drive-through so early and offered to go get cash, but he wouldn’t hear of it. He said he recognizes people have to get to work and he didn’t want to hold me up. One of the nicest and BEST fast food experiences I have had in a very long time!

The gentleman that served in the drive through was very professional! He told his there were only two working and they would get to us a quick as they could. I really appreciated the honesty and willingness to allow us to know his plight as we didn’t mind the wait as he told us he was doing the best he could and we sympathized with him. Super employee! Management material.

They’ve redone the outside order stations, very nice! Quick and friendly service. Hot food exactly as ordered, I had a couple special orders, and or delivery girl was very sweet. She came and checked on us once. Drive by often, but dont stop very much, may have to now! It was very good!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I am not hard to please and am very understanding to most issues and conditions that can change a restaurant experience but this was unacceptable. We went through the drive through around 830pm on June 23rd to find that we thought it was closed due to all the storefront lights being off. When we ordered our food we were told very rudely that the ice cream machine was down (is this mcdonalds?!). The worker was very unfriendly and when we got the food it was old. The burger was dry, old and disgusting and the mozzarella sticks were fried in what seemed like days old grease. It was awful and we will not be back.

Sonic has always been a fantastic restaurant, it’s on of the few drive in locations to relax hangout and have a breakfast burrito at 4 PM with your friends. Always loved going there, and even now nothing has changed. The food is delicious and satisfying, and the coffee feels like it actually has caffeine as an ingredient. Aside from the ever youthful and handsome nature of the staff it’s a nice spot for the price.
TLDR,
I recommend if you want good food, and service for a good price.
