I had an extremely upsetting experience at this Starbucks location.
I placed a mobile order for a grande matcha latte and walked in to pick it up. While standing at the counter, the barista picked up my drink and loudly said, “Are you Fatuma? We’re not supposed to make a drink for someone named Fatuma.” This was said in front of multiple customers.
I was shocked, humiliated, and deeply disrespected. There was no explanation given, and the comment made me feel singled out and embarrassed in a public space. No customer should ever be questioned or treated differently because of their name.
This experience was completely inconsistent with the inclusive and respectful environment Starbucks claims to stand for. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are properly trained so no one else is treated this way.

i like this starbucks a lot, but sometimes they take a while to make my drink so it will get a solid 4.

Only one barista seemed to have an idea how to make pour-over coffee, which was just okay… when I asked for cream, they said it was “behind me.” I am not used to this kind d of sub-par service. And worse of all, I got a neutral face drawn on my cup – see image below.

I would give a 0 if i could horrible service yelled at me and gave me a broken rid with NO strawberries in my acic kicked me out and left me in the cold when i was giving them free service before they even talked to me. This has hevaly impacted my day and my ego.

Not that big place, they took only a quarter of the place and mo’s got the rest probably there were only 4 tables good for 2. They have 2 tables alfresco. Service is not the usual starbucks quality-in a bad way.

Great Starbucks with lovely staff and nice seating and atomosphere. The parking lot is very accessible and its close proximity to 89 makes it a great stop for all my fellow caffeine addicts out there. I was welcomed by kind and cheerful staff and the service was quicker than any Starbucks I can remember visiting in recent years.

We’re glad this location is open again. The remodel is nice however the coffee for the first two stops have not been good. We ordered 2 coffees each stop and they’ve all been really bitter/burnt. I understand the staff may be just getting up to speed but there’s room for improvement.

I don’t go often, but the servers have always been polite/helpful. Sometimes hard to hear them announce your name to pickup your order over the ample background noise. Windows face east, which is nice in the morning. But I otherwise wouldn’t find it enjoyable to sit around in there to visit with a friend or get work done.
$15 for two lattes, tax, and tip feels a bit much for the predictable but mediocre quality of the drinks, and lack of ambiance.
