This place is awesome. The food is amazing and the staff are awesome. The store has a great selection of local food and gifts. I highly recommend you stop in and take a look. The pancakes are huge.

First time here. Waitresses were super nice food was delicious. Was thanked by the waitress when we left, but pretty much ignored when I was paying. Woman was focused on a conversation with another employee. Didn’t say hi,how was my food nothing. Only asked if I wanted a receipt. No thank you or anything. That was a little off putting. I’ll be back and maybe next time if this happens call out the fact I’m obviously interrupting a conversation while I’m trying to be acknowledged. Everything else made up for that especially the waitresses. All super nice and inviting.

This is a hidden gem of a restaurant I wish I had known about before ! It is mainly a “country store” for the purpose of selling and showcasing their brand of pancake and waffle mixes among other things. However there is a small area with about maybe a dozen or so tables where they have a cafe that features menu items utilizing their products. AMAZING food. The best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had – like hands down no contest. Because it is a tiny cafe with only a dozen or so tables – EXPECT to wait for a table. But you can sit in a rocking chair on their large porch enjoying an iced coffee or shop the country store area while you wait. But the food is definitely worth the wait.

This was my first time visiting since moving to Auburn. The staff was friendly, and informative. The food was wonderfully prepared, my only wish is that we got checked on while eating one more time. They came by once, but half way through the maple sriracha salad and I needed water. I ordered an earl grey tea, and the warm drink did nothing to soothe the small fire in my mouth.

Famous for pancakes but all breakfast basics available and done excellently. Also many great coffee/ hot beverage options and as a bonus a nice little gift shop.

Very small diner, limited seating but the food is worth the wait! Large portions for the cost. Love the little shop as well. Only suggestion – pave your parking lot. So many pot holes and everyone parks wherever so there is no official parking lines.

We have been using New Hope Mills pancake mix for years. We never knew there was a store and small restaurant. We had to wait 25 minutes for a seat in the restaurant as they only have 10 tables.
Wife ordered the mill breakfast with 3 small pancakes, 2 eggs, bacon, and home fries. Eggs were good and cooked as ordered. Pancakes seemed like they were baked. They didnt have that nice brown color from cooking on a griddle. They were a very lite tan. They were a little more dense than I make them at home. They were also a bit dry. The bacon was deep fried, overdone, and too crispy. The homefres were also deep fried. They weren’t bad though.
I ordered a maple bacon waffle with candied bacon and maple butter. Also came with home fries. The waffle was wonderful and crispy. It tasted fantastic. The waffle was big and filling.
There are several condiments at the table to use with breakfast. Overall it was good. They have a surprisingly extensive menu and we both want to go back again. We also drove over an hour to get here.
The store has lots of goodies. We spent $50 on mixes and spices.

Haley and Connie made sure that our brunch was outstanding. The food was fresh and perfect as always and it made it nice to get to know your friendly efficient staff better. Affogato at New Hope sets the bar high on your espresso based beverage selection. Thank you so much!

Went for breakfast with my family and the food was decent in compared to the price, ordered a chicken burger which came with fries also had a beef burger which could have been more juicy but wasn’t that bad and few other stuff too but all of them tasted good enough…

Pro tip:try the maple syrup even if u r not ordering pancakes(it will be surely worth a try)

Really nice eatery spot, with restaurant and shop in the same building. The pancakes with real maple syrup were amazing, coffee hot and fresh. I took my time in the food/gift shop after and ended up buying (a lot) to bring home. Staff very friendly, smiling the whole time. Pleasant experience.
