Excellent staff and service, Excellent food, superior Bar staff! A special Thank You to Abdul and Indro in Atlas who took great care of us during a week-long stay at the hotel for a family funeral. Also the wonderful chef who was so kind to us and creates incredible dishes! Oh my gosh the food here is amazing! We had several dinners and breakfasts at this restaurant and all were top-notch! The bar has an excellent selection and the staff make great classic and inventive cocktails. They catered a large group dinner for us and it was excellent. The staff were all very gracious with great service skills. Also give special thanks to Mary Jo in the sales office for the restaurant/ hotel who made the arrangements for our large family dinner so easy ro plan , and was very helpful and kind. The hotel front desk staff were also very kind and responsive. A great place to dine, to host an event, to relax at the well-stocked bar, and to stay in the hotel. 5+++ stars!

Just moved here and have been trying all the restaurants in the area. This place is 1 of 1, my partner and I absolutely love it and this is our regular spot now. As much as I love that it is quiet, it should not be. You won’t ever have to wait here compared to the places up the road and we have tried those as well, the food is so much better, and the service is literally immaculate. I can’t even explain it in words, phenomenal!! One thing we didn’t realize whenever we first came here was that it is in a hotel, so once you park either on the ground floor or go in the parking garage once you walk through the lobby just go down one floor or take the stairs and you can sit outside where it is beautiful with a bunch of flowers or sit inside where it is even more beautiful with tons of lighting. It is a perfect family or a date night spot. It has a range of food varieties as well for picky eaters, and for others who are more adventurous. I mean just look at the pictures.

Only a few other parties were here when we sat down on a Saturday night. After we got the food I realized why. The samosa appetizer was frozen inside, which I was surprised by, because the reviews here are so good, an we had such high hopes. Rest of the food was average. Naan tasted very floury. Two days later, I saw my credit card had been double charged – one with tbr tip, and one without, so it didn’t look like a duplicated. What a shame, because I had booked this place for a large party in few weeks but I guess we will need to find a new spot.

FIVE STAR DINE IN EXPERIENCE!
We were staying at The Roslyn Hotel, New York. We were there for 17 nights for our son’s medical appointment. We got breakfast included in our stay. The breakfast was provided at the Atlas New World Bistro. It’s a fine dining place with many different options. It’s located in the lower level of the hotel.
We were served by the staff members Mr. Milan and Ms. Sam. They both were caring and receptive of our needs. They were able to customize our breakfast orders with meat free options. The food was both delicious and visually appealing. The chefs working here are phenomenal. I wish they can include more vegetarian options in their menu. The morning coffee was great. It was one of the best Decaffeinated coffee I ever had. The restaurant is well maintained and has a beautiful layout. It has bar at one corner. The music and decor are relaxing.
Highly recommend to try out their food if you’re in the neighborhood.

I held a mid-size event at the Atlas restaurant with ~60 people (adults and kids) for my father’s birthday. It was perfect. I didn’t want anything too decorated but it was formal, maintained well, and the entire event was run smoothly. Special thanks to Hersh/Harsh and another man whose name I unfortunately didn’t get- they were gracious and helped me with last minute set up and were there to help with any requests. They even packed up left over food. I would absolutely recommend the Roslyn Hotel/the Atlas for intimate, low maintanence but classy events. The tables were set up beautifully, the bar was well kept, and the bathrooms were clean. Mary Jo is who helped me plan and she was there to answer all my questions and perfect the menu to cater to all my guests. The food itself was also great! Thank you everyone (this is the first event I planned and I am so thankful for how easy it was)!

This bistro sits below the Roslyn Hotel, by Hilton. The restaurant features a full bar and plenty of seating in a nice quiet atmosphere. The restaurant was fairly quiet when we came. Service was a bit slow but friendly. We went with a burger and the lobster ravioli. The burger was cooked to order and the fries were a nice pairing overall. The lobster ravioli was nice with the duck bacon a nice add. The ravioli seemed to be made in house, had a nice flavor, and was served piping hot. The meal was good and priced similar to what we experienced in NYC.

I would give the service 10 stars if I could! Attentive, friendly, great atmosphere. My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Chef Vivek is great and we were lucky enough to speak with him and get great menu insights prior to dinner. Honestly we ordered an array from a Wagyu burger with truffle fries (and I mean real truffle fries), to chicken tikka kebab and lamb nahiri. The malai kofta and braised short ribs were the stars in my mind and the chocolate gelato to finish the night was super creamy. We also ordered several cocktails and they were all made perfectly. A great way to start our trip! The live pianist further enhanced the atmosphere. Really enjoyable experience.

Atlas Bistro is a hidden gem! We came for the first time for restaurant week dinner and will certainly be regulars. We tried the Indian dishes and they were all bursting with flavors, super authentic rivaling the fancier joints nearby. Waiter Abdul had the best recommendations and service. We loved the Amritsari salmon app which is like fish and chips but with a lot more flavor. I almost licked the sauce of the murgh chicken and my husband loved his butter chicken pizza. Best part is they have a diverse menu of non- Indian food which satisfied my kids. The Mac and cheese and wagyu smash were delicious! Don’t be turned off by how sleepy it is. It’s definitely worth it?
