Had lunch at Ken‘s Kitchen today. Traditional Thai House Atmosphere is great, service and friendliness of Ken and team is fantastic and the food is not only arranged very beautifully the taste is amazing too. Strongly recommend and would come back any time. Try the fried Green Papaya as a starter, simply delicious.

When I first sat down, they gave me the menu very quickly and quickly asked what I wanted to drink or order. I had the puffs, mango curry and lava cake; all were good. The puffs could have been a little crispier but that is just my personal preference. The server double checked if I had the right order and the chef asked if everything was to my liking. After I was done with the curry, it was quite a long wait before someone cleared the table and I could order the dessert. But besides that everything was very tasty.

Ken’s Kitchen in Hua Hin is absolutely outstanding! We tried the Mango Curry, and it was an absolute sensation—a perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and creamy flavors. Every bite was just amazing.
The location is charming and cozy, setting the mood for a great meal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the enjoyment. One tip: reserve ahead if you can, because seating is limited, especially during busy times.

Deserved high rating. Booking essential. We were squeeeeezed in having not booked. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted superb. Fish cakes and chicken puffs to start followed by CHICKEN AND MANGO CURRY, and Cashew and Prawn Stirfry. The tastes that came through were amazing.
Including 3 beers was THB 800 (£18.96).

My spouse and I came here for lunch today and what a treat. Ken was very welcoming – he personally greeted us and explained the menu with recommendations. We settled on the Curry Puffs, Prawn Green Curry, and Mango Chicken curry – all I can say is wow. We have been in Thailand 7 months and have had the opportunity to try some fantastic food, but this was easily one of if not the best meals we’ve had. Beautiful presentation, the food was bursting with flavour and the portions were very generous. We just left and I already can’t wait come back and try more of the menu. Thank you!

We found this Place thanks to a Suggestion from ai. Boy were we NOT disappointed! The owner, the staff, the food, the overall warmness of the restaurant was exactly what we had hoped for. The portions are not the typically small Thai sizes but European friendly sizes. Awesome taste, I had the stir fried garlic with chicken and my wife had the red curry with prawns. Together we shared the fried morning glory and a bowl of steamed rice. Just amazing. The food was delivered to the table garnered with flowers like a piece of art. My wife trie both the white and red wines which the Chef opted to source from overseas. We’ll come again! Ohhhh and the Chef has won a prize 30 years ago already back in the day he still ha a restaurant in Christchurch NZ.

Our family came to Ken’s Kitchen after I looked online for the best Larb Thai Salad in Hua Hin. Ken greeted us at the door, welcoming us and telling us about the specials.
The food was, as my adopted 80 yo dad said ‘best meal he’s ever had. We enjoyed the special Seabass fillet with Ken’s special sauce. The mango curry was next level, the pork belly cooked to perfection.
The presentation was immaculate , colourful and creatively adorned

Went to Kens Kitchen today for lunch and had such wonderful food. Ken was so lovely hearing about his NZ journey and his family,. The food was beautifully presented and so yummy curry puffs amazing as were our main dishes. Thank you Ken we will be back.

After seeing Ken reviews in a few places I thought I’d check it out. I was in Hua Hin last year and didn’t make it here. I confess when I saw the curry puffs I knew I had to go. Had the curry puffs and they were so good. Then the chicken in garlic was so good and excellent garlic flavor and rice, so much food I took some away. Thanks so much for the great flavor sensations
