Ordered delivery from your Cleveland MS location through the McAlisters app and was missing two items and one other item was incorrect. Following the app instructions, I contacted the store. First they kept picking up the phone and placing the call on hold. Finally someone answered and put me on hold for a manager. Then a girl who sounds like she’s in junior high got on the phone instead of the manager. I explained the situation and she said they do not have a delivery service and she tells me to come to the store or call door dash. I let her know I ordered via the McAlisters app. I asked her if she’s the manager and she said no. I explained that I was waiting for the manager. She said the manager told her there’s nothing they can do because they don’t deliver. She places me on hold and comes back to say the manager went on break. How convenient right?! I’m so disappointed that McAlisters doesn’t have any quality assurance protocol to ensure the accuracy of orders especially delivery and also concerned that your leadership team doesn’t value customers nor know your list of services offered. I was offered no acceptable solution and the person handling the call was not trained in how to deal with issues. How do I request a refund or how do you correct the error by remaking my order. I wasn’t able to enjoy nor complete the meal. SMH because this also happens in at other stores. Your quality of food and service has certainly declined over the last two decades. I started eating at your restaurants when I attended college at Ole Miss in the early 2000s and now I’m convinced that I’ll be disappointed every time. The employee handling the call said the managers name is Veronica. Also I live in DFW area and decided to dine at your store after a 7+ hour drive. I’m leaving back out tomorrow and will not be in the area for a while. I initially called the store around 6:03 pm CST. Kindly review the call.

When you first walk in the place is so clean and the employees are smiling while you walk in the door. They were so sweet and friendly. The food came out fast so wasn’t much of a wait and the food is really really good. They have all kinds of sandwiches and other foods to choose from so a must go to if you have never been to it.

Welp , it’s Mcallister’s, this is a new store and is very clean inside and out. The staff were pleasant and courteous. It had been a while since dining at one so I dropped in and opted for my “Black Angus Club” tortilla soup and a sweet tee. I was a little taken back at the price hike. The way my order was rang up , the half sandwich, soup and drink came up to 16.50 + or -. I thought that should’ve been a Whole sandwich and I was checking with the cashier. Well she didn’t want me to be disappointed and so she brought me another half a sandwich. I thanked her and so she said now you know about the price increases.

Placed my order in the restaurant at 1:33pm… a club sandwich and chips. At 2:03pm went to the counter and politely asked what the hold up was and was told it wasn’t ready. Sandwich finally arrived at 2:13pm and was sloppily done. The girl that brought it out gave a complimentary cookie that must have been baked the month before. Horrible experience. Won’t be returning. EVER.

I have not received food to be able to review it. I ordered online and had issues, so I attempted to contact the store to double check they got the order and to ask for plasticware since I am in a hotel. After fighting with the AI that answers, I was sent to a customer service rep that isn’t even in the same state! The rep was not able to contact the store, so I sit here waiting for food that may or may not show up. Very frustrating, what the heck happened to the personal customer experience? If you want me to order from your business again, you will need to make some changes!

We went here for lunch. Sorry excuse for a restaurant when you spend 50.00 on sandwiches and leave still hungry because you couldn’t eat the food you were served. Some of the sandwiches came out different from what was ordered. It was sent back to get the correct sandwich. ( ordered grilled chicken sandwich and was served chicken salad sandwich). We waited forever for 4 sandwiches and potatoes and salad. I have an allergy to dairy and informed the lady while ordering that I was allergic to dairy and needed my sandwich to come with no cheese. When we finally got our correct order, my sandwich contained cheese. Never mind I guess that I have an allergy to dairy. The baked potatoes were ice cold. The sandwich contained one piece of meat and very skimpy portions. One plate contained a hair and another plate contained a string. Never ever again will I return and you should do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere to eat. If I could give this place a 0 star, I would and that’s generous.

I placed an order Sunday afternoon. Half the order was left out of the box. Later I checked my debit card and they charged me twice for that order. I called the location in Cleveland, MS. I was hung up on 2 times and then told a manager did not have time to talk to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I went to McCalister’s today and it was a lovely experience. I got the French Dip sandwich and it was warm and flavorful. I had the country potato soup as my side and it was served hot and it was a little bland but nothing that couldn’t be fixed with a little S&P! I also had the witch’s brew lemonade which I highly recommend, very good. The lady that took my order (Jakyra as said on the ticket) was very lovely and helpful and the man that gave me my order was very kind and fast with it. The presentation was lovely and overall is deserving of a 5/5 star experience. Will be returning!

Location had 1 person on register, with everyone in back. Slow and horrible service. Got home and realized missing an item. My fault, didn’t check before I left. Tried to call location and kept sending me back to automated service.
Finally got through to ordering service, even she couldn’t get through. Finally she told me I would heve to go back to restaurant. Won’t be eating there again.
