If you want your night ruined a sure way to make sure that happens is a stop at McDonald’s in Spring Arbor, Michigan. They will come through every time and ruin your night. This picture attached is the Diet Coke that McDonald’s in Spring Arbor Michigan tried to give me tonight through the drive-through. When I kindly asked the guy if it was Diet Coke, he said “yes that’s how it comes out” I asked for a refund and he said let me get the manager. The manager came over and asked me if I wanted something else to drink. I stated that I only drink diet pop and was there anything else that was diet. The manager offered Coke zero. They refused to give a refund. The whole reason I wanted to pop was for caffeine. If you need food or a quick drink you are far better off skipping this place and going straight to One of the gas stations here in Spring Arbor.

This place had gone down hill and use to be decent. Whoever is making the food sure doesn’t know their own menu items or the manager/owner is teaching them or holding a standard. Twice I had gone to them for breakfast and both times have been wrong. They forget items of your order. I have ordered hotcakes and sasuage and there would be no sasuage. I order an egg and cheese biscuit that is suppose to come with the folded egg and for some reason the person manning the grill is putting the egg that goes to the muffin sandwitch in them.

We came in on Halloween and ordered food at the kiosk inside – the kiosk said to take a number to a table and that a staff member would bring our food out. We’re waiting and waiting and waiting, when my husband noticed that a bag had been set out at the counter. He went to check and it was part of our order – just part of it. He waited up at the counter with the partial order, trying to get the attention of a staff member that half of our order was missing. Finally, he got their attention and notified them of the issue – of which they stated that they would make the rest of it. They brought a bag with our fries to the counter, and left again – still without the rest of our order. Again, trying to get their attention as we were missing all the drinks still and sauces we ordered. After waiting still several more minutes before we were able to get their attention again, they gave us 3 of the 4 drinks, and said that they were making the last drink. Again, minutes went by when a staff member asked what I was waiting for – of which I notified him, he said he would make it in just a couple of minutes but still had to be reminded again even after that.
It was so bad that I saw another family come in after us and warned them of the wait time and they ended up leaving.
We ordered at 8:19PM and did not get everything from our order until after 9 – of course by the time we received the entirety of our order, the food we received at the beginning was cold. I felt bad for the staff as the entire time they were complaining about only have 3 staff and that one of them was supposed to be leaving for the night – however, if they would finish an order before moving on to the next it would go a lot smoother as obviously attempting to multi-task orders was not working.

Horrible!! If I could give negative reviews I would. Just came in there with my kids and my mom, I ordered a mccrispy add onions and I only got onions and a pickle. Where did the rest of it go? Came there a month ago and ordered my kids two happy meals. There was a line behind us and they all got their food before us and it still took 45 minutes to get the happy meals after I went inside and waited for someone to even come to the counter. A guy stood inside waiting for a cup of coffee for over 10 minutes!

I came through the drive thru at 11:55 on 11/19. I order my iced coffee with no issues but then I ask for a “Buffalo Ranch Snack Wrap.” The lady on the speaker who I find out is the lady on backcash, asks me if I wanted the ranch or the spicy. I tell her no, I want the Buffalo Ranch Snackwrap. She then gets an attitude with me saying they only have the spicy and the ranch wraps, I tell her it’s advertised out here on the menu and that’s what I want. She then finally figures it out, and doesn’t apologize for her attitude, so I pull forward, pay, and I have to ask for my receipt even though at any other McDonald’s it’s automatically given to me. So I pull forward to the second window and this guy asks me what I had, and then doesn’t say a word after. Not a thank you, or have a good day, he says nothing. This definitely wasn’t a “feel good moment” that I look forward to when coming to McDonald’s.

Today I went to this McDonald’s and ordered the Grinch meal, because it seemed fun and I had just gotten off work, so I was starving. When I received said grinch meal, I thought it was a little strange that the fries didn’t have the pickle seasoning that it was supposed to come with. I figured, maybe they forgot because they don’t make it everyday. Whatever, I still have my Big Mac. I go to eat my Big Mac when I got home, and when I open the box, I see only 3 buns and no patties anywhere in sight! It seemed by the lack of effort to put the patties that make the sandwich a BURGER on the sandwich says that this place doesn’t care about its customers.
I don’t see why these employees think it’s funny, but I wouldn’t go here unless you want to pay around 10 dollars for a burger meal and only get bread with sauce, and mediocre fries.

I came and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese value meal hoped for a shake, so added apple pie as shake was not available waited for cup no ice ok, so I try for water, water sprays all over me. Go to sit and find she left me a cup of ice but burger has no cheese. Was ignored at the counter paid by debit card banged the cup to get anyone to listen to me they took away my order to make me a new one. I just left. I will NEVER go back to spring arbor again. And you owe me money. Can’t reach by phone busy signal.

They served the person who came in behind me before me (we almost had same order) I was order 31 she was order 50. When I questioned them they got an attitude about it. Then almost 10 minutes later I finally get it. Burnt bagel! I take it back up, still rude! I’m not the one that burnt the bagel , why are you giving me attitude?? You didn’t pay for my food I DID, I should be the one with an attitude.

Absolutely horrible.
Every trash can was overflowing, no toilet paper in the women’s restroom, no ice in the ice machine.
Ordered through the kiosk and it says take a number and someone will bring your food out to you. We saw food brought out to other people, but our food was just left on the counter.
Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal. One didn’t even have cheese! The other one did but it was half on the burger, half stuck to the wrapper, and SO MUCH KETCHUP. Why????? And quarter pounder we ordered, had its cheese half stuck to the box.
I’ve been to many fast food places and this is by FAR the most atrocious one.
If you’re going to work here, take SOME pride in your job. This is really one of the few restaurants in the area so you’d think it would be better managed.

Arrived at 7:19 pm to a locked door to the lobby. My wife and I drove to the drive thru and was told by the staff that the lobby closes at 7pm. The website for the store says 11pm for lobby hours. If I can’t sit down to eat my food I’ll just go to Taco Bell down the street from now on. Their lobby is open until 1am.
