This location needs an overhaul beginning with management. Place has good location. Management is not very welcoming and rude to customers. A lot of conflict between customer and management here. Food here has no desire. One of the biggest issues here is additional fifty cent charges per sauce after you receive one no matter if you order 10 pc nuggets and large fries. Workers here especially the managers are not allowed to smile and appreciate the business. This McDonald’s is ran terribly and needs a deep cleaning.

We ordered M&M’s ice cream and got an Oreo.
Teenagers smoke in the place and no one makes a remark.

I went to pick up food yesterday and was so grossed out. I saw a worker sneeze into her hands then pick up two drinks with her hand cupping the tops. It’s Flu season and people are going to be inserting a straw in the tops -with your germs all over it. Why didn’t she sneeze in her elbow instead of both hands? Employee need to be taught to step away from the food or wash their hands. (Mcdonald’s if you have cameras back there see for yourself around 1/21/26 8pm.). Thank God we didn’t order drink but I still didn’t touch any of the food I ordered.
There were a group of teenagers just hanging out in there being loud and intimidating and didn’t seem to have ordered food. I don’t blame the employees for that issue because they are busy and probably didn’t want to confront this not so friendly group.

I have known this McD for over a decade now. Recently it has gone through a renovation. The inside is very modern looking now. Spacious restaurant. Has 4 kiosk to self order.
The service and food are decent here. I never had any issues with taste of any of the items. Big mac, nuggets, fries, happy meal all ate standard McD quality.

Love this (for the most parts) well run Mickey D’s. They pay attention to the regular customers even when they’re swamped with takeout orders. Unlike some other locations, their soft serve machine is always in working order.
UPDATE: This location has gone down a very steep hill very quickly. Went to pickup lunch which was placed via mobile order, and waited 23 minutes after arriving. Sandwiches were not built straight with meat on one side, buns on the other, and fries not fully cooked. They give doordash and Uber eats priority, and there is a preponderance of absence of leadership. Not blaming the workers at all, because they were trying their best.

recent visit to Mac Donalds was nothing short of a complete disappointment, earning this establishment a well-deserved one-star rating. From the moment I entered the fast-food chain, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority.
First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff members appeared disinterested and unmotivated, showing minimal effort in taking orders or providing any semblance of friendliness. It felt as if I was inconveniencing them by being there, which is not the kind of experience anyone expects or deserves.
Furthermore, the food quality was shockingly poor. The burgers were lukewarm, tasteless, and seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The fries were overcooked, dry, and lacked any semblance of crispiness. It was a disappointing and unappetizing experience overall.
Hygiene was another major concern. The restaurant’s cleanliness left much to be desired. Tables were sticky and dirty, and the floor was littered with trash. It was clear that the staff had not prioritized regular cleaning and maintenance, which is simply unacceptable in a food establishment.
To make matters worse, the pricing was exorbitant for the subpar quality of food and service received. Mac Donalds is known for its affordability, but the prices I paid were unjustifiably high considering the overall experience. It felt like a complete rip-off.
