I placed a pickup order for 4 meals.
Worst Chipotle experience in my life! I had ordered 4 meals- paid $65 dollars- didn’t get our money’s worth of food.
We had a lot of MISSING items: we paid for 2 chimichuri’s- didn’t get any, didn’t get any chips and queso, didn’t get corn salsa, and steak!!
One of the orders had Barbacoa and Steak, they forgot to put the steak in it. The quesadilla had very little cheese and the meat was tough and cold.
It was a pickup order. The bag was ripped open. The stickers at the top of the bag were torn open.
The food didn’t taste good. The Carna Asada and Barbacoa was cold and tough, tasted like raw hide.
We placed our order 2 hours ahead of time and they still couldn’t prepare chips, queso, corn salsa and steaks for us.
That was a terrible experience. The food was cold, most of the items were missing and the bag was ripped open which is concerning.

I ordered the salad, not the bowl, and the Sofritas I paid for were completely missing. They had also already run out of sour cream at 11:30 AM, which is surprising for a lunch rush. I understand this location just opened, but honestly, I’d recommend waiting to visit until the team has more experience and can keep basic ingredients stocked. Really disappointing experience today.

Do not recommend. I ordered a bowl with cheese, lettuce, corn, and paid extra for guacamole. I received this small scoop of chicken and rice… missing all the toppings. My husbands bowl on this same order came with all his toppings.

Had the yummy food I expect from a well run chipotle. Went on opening day and it was of course packed but that’s what you get when you go to probably the busiest day the restaurant is ever going to have. The staff was working hard. I’m happy to have this as an added option in the area.

Food was great, customer service is amazing and restaurant is clean even for how much service they get there . A lot of 1 stars coming from people because they had long wait times or the restaurant ran out of something , not realizing this place JUST opened and from the day they opened they were SLAMMED . It’s common sense to realize it’s not the restaurant or the employees fault that you have to wait over an hour for food when there are literally a hundred orders ahead of you . It’s a chain restaurant so the food is like every other chipotle but for how well these employees handle themselves with only little training and how well the restaurant is holding up for the amount of people crashing in here , I give it a 5 star .

I visited on the second day of opening and was able to find parking right in front. I waited less than 30 minutes to order, which felt very reasonable given how busy they were. The staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming, and my burrito bowl was evenly proportioned and absolutely delicious; it tasted just like I remember Chipotle at its best.
After reading the reviews of the Olean location, I was a little wary about this new store opening and if it would have the same issues, and I’m so glad I was wrong. I am sad to see some negative reviews on here because nobody is perfect, mistakes happen, and as someone who has worked in fast customer service, I know the first week of opening is always challenging. I also noticed the manager being present and continuously checking in on employees and the flow, which was very reassuring. The only issues seemed to be isolated to online orders and DoorDash, which is completely understandable for a new location.
I was so impressed with my experience that I made an account just to leave this review, lol. This team is clearly working hard, and I really appreciate all the employee’s efforts and dedication!!

I’ve been to other Chipotles. Never had a problem. This one isn’t bad. It isn’t great. Food is alright. Do not eat their guacamole. It has no seasoning and just bad! Line was long but went quick
