Good place to eat! An item was missing from one of our meals and they just offered more fries so they need to work on keeping items in stock. Otherwise everything was cooked fresh and it didn’t take too long to get our food.

Yesterday was the worst service I have experienced anywhere for a long while. We went thru the drive thru at 7:50pm on our way to the haunted farm. Online says they close at 10pm, I got to the drive thru board and was greated in a very rude tone and when I asked to give us a moment, the employee on the other end huffed and I heard a click like they turned off the mic. When I placed my order, the employee was short and abrupt when repeating the order back and asking about size and drinks and sauces. We get to the window, and same employee was rude and gave us our drinks and asked us to pull forward. A few minutes later I hear the door opena dn they yelled heres your food, and then handed it to me thru the window of my veh. We checked the order and the chicken patty on the sandwich we got was barely half of the bun, definitely not worth the price. And we had no napkins, sauces or ketchup that we asked for when we ordered. My GF had to go inside and once again, was greated by the rudest person we have ever dealt with. They huffed and rudely handed her the sauces and ketchup and such. We go to this restaurant pretty often as there are not alot of options near by. This has been the worst experience we have had in a long time and have never been made to feel more of an inconvenience . This one employee makes us want to never come back to this location.

Update.. I am not sure what has happened to the Hardee’s hamburger the last two I have gotten just sucked they are dry like popcorn the taste has changed I don’t know what the company has changed but even the fries are dry . This is my last purchase and I won’t be back unless they return to the quality they used to have . Worst burger and fries ever. And this was my second time from 2 separate locations. Yuck yuck!!!!! I purchased the original cheese with fries. This was my favorite burger…..I am so disappointed ☹️☹️☹️ update I recently went back and the food was much much improved. I was very happy because I really liked the food. They have made serious improvements.

I literally get a sausage and egg biscuit with two pies every morning I work the past 4 times in row I’ve gotten them there has been egg so thin couldn’t even tell egg was on it and slopped together with biscuits that’s literally in multiple pieces falling apart I’m guessing someone new and no oversight seeing if they do there job properly or trying to save money with less egg idk but come on get it together I’d much rather eat a Hardee’s biscuit then McDonald’s but if I gotta make the switch I will nobody wants to eat a biscuit pieced together and with paper thin egg can’t even taste and there Les been couple times the pies have been over cooked or kept under warmer so long they wasn’t edible have alot more pics but won’t let me add them for some reason

We all ordered Hardies Original Bag. I thought our order seemed more expensive than “normal” but wasn’t sure about taxes in WV (we are from a different state). I thought maybe they were out of the right size cups since they gave us some tall cups. We waited quite a while for our meals. I asked for my cheese to be switched out with American and it wasn’t. I was tired of waiting so I just ate the ones they gave me. My ham and cheese didn’t even have a hint of warm in them. They gave us huge fries and then I realized when we were eating they bags were more expensive than normal and it’s because they charged us for “big bag.” I would give them a single star because my stuff was so terrible (although fries were good; my buns were firm and could be used as frisbees). The rest of my group said their orders were average except the person who ordered the chicken wrap which he wasn’t impressed with.

The staff was just putting out horrible energy and thought it was funny to serve a customer milkshake that had been sitting out then too top it I had too go back bc some of my order wasn’t accounted for and the caisher was horrible wouldn’t answer the question about the menu and then talked to you like that you’re the problem and dumb

Food came out cold. We went back in to get fresh food and the kitchen staff yelled, of course it’s going to be cold! The kitchen staff were yelling and being belligerent and yelling.

Two orders were wrong. One order, the employees were arguing over and it was slapped together, cheese cold. Customer service was lacking. There isn’t a changing table at this location.
