I absolutely love their burgers. However they are difficult to purchase and bring home, they don’t put the sauce on the side so it makes the burger soggy. But here’s my complaint I purchase the parmesan truffle brussel sprouts. $9.95 it’s like somebody spilled the whole container of salt on the dish. Absolutely unedible. I want my $10 back. If I didn’t live so far I would get in my car and can’t take them back up there. Again the burgers Rock.

Odessa location day crew food quality is good, afternoon crew the food quality is way lower, i once got a order that was 8hrs old ..Fries and bun were as hard as a rock, not acceptable for the high price. They removed the grass fed patties and the GF bun crumbles and falls apart immediately. Oh and you guys still use seed oils to fry in 2025? With RFK as HHS? Everyone knows seed oils are real bad by now, why not use Beef tallow? Especially for the price you would expect quality. I ate here a lot in the past, now i rarely eat it..

Food tastes great but twice I did not receive all of my order. What I did receive today was not correct, ordered a ground chicken patty with toppings. Instead I got a ground chicken patty with only iceberg lettice. Definitely not a sandwich worth 14 dollars. Ordered sweet potato fries and cheese fries. Only got cheese fries. We called the location we ordered from and they said it is door dashes responsibility. No way for door dash to know when the bag is stapled shut and receipt is correct. Shame on the manager for not taking responsibility for not putting in the bag what they charged for and instead of taking responsibility, blaming someone else.

My first time at Hopdoddy yesterday. I went to the Plano location. My wife and I ordered the El Bandito burger and asked for it to be made vegan (the menu says it can be made vegan). The cashier seemed to hesitate ringing in the order as vegan, but assured us he could do it. When the burger came out It tasted off after the second bite so we opened it up to see it had pesto on it which usually has Parmesan in it so I took it to the cashier to verify it has no cheese in the pesto. He said no it has GOAT CHEESE on it. The cashier had no idea what vegan meant. I spoke with a “manager” who just wanted to know if I wanted them to remake it, no apology. She said that what I received was not vegan at all. And that it was not ring up as vegan and reprinted the receipt to show me. Since we were there with family after an Easter outing I did ask them to re make it as vegan and when the burgers were brought out a different “manager”(who I suspect is the actual manager) apologized for the mistake and gave my wife and I coupons for two burgers.
It is the next day now and I have contacted your corporate headquarters via phone because I am having gastric distress. It has been over 10 years since I have had animal products and your company’s negligence has caused me harm. Please reach out to address this ASAP.

We frequent the 3101 Heritage Trace Pkwy Ste 150 Fort Worth, TX 76177 location often. For some reason we never have utilized the patio until yesterday. Now I know why. It was so filthy. The tables looked as if they havent been cleaned in months. There was bird poop all over the cushions of the sofas. The ground was so dirty that a good pressure wash is in order. In a word the patio was discusting. We love the restaurant but not the patio

A group of usually 10 guys frequent for happy hour 5 days a week. On average spend 200 to 250 on drinks at Hop Doddys in Odessa. They are constantly out of what most of us drink. Very poor management. We are going to find another place to hang out. You had your chance.
