I absolutely loved my experience at this tropical smoothie. They greeted me at the door with a smile and walked me through the new smoothie options. Gabby definitely deserves a raise for her awesome customer service. She gave me a heads up on the taste palette of the tropical dragon passion smoothie so that I knew what I was getting. If you ever go to this store, ask for Gabby and tell them that Retha sent you!

I ordered a Sunshine smoothie, with an unfamiliar taste so we returned it and asked to make another one. It came back out the same way different something I’ve never tasted before so I said OK. I’ll just call and let them know I left a message for April, who is supposed to be the GM at 3:30 Sunday, a guy answered the phone and told me that she was busy and she could not talk and to leave a message for her. I did.she never returned my call the next day which was Monday the 22nd at 11 o’clock. I called back spoke with Ray Cron. He stated she’s busy and she MIGHT call back. I said to him what do you mean MIGHT no problem. I told him I would bring the smoothie back for a full Refund unfortunately I was unable due to medical conditions. The GM April, did not reached out to me at all.
April you will not have a job if it wasn’t for the customers We are paying your salary April, you’re very unprofessional and you’re in the wrong business cause you’re not a peoples person very disrespectful. I will not patronize tropical smoothie again.

Usually on top of their game (when manager is in house) but lord when she’s not here the smoothies are subpar as well as service.

I know to the untrained eye cracked black pepper and chia seeds do look similar.

But as a trained chef that knows flavors, I do know the difference in my flavors and tastes.

I was the only customer in the store at the time. I was debating on what to purchase while waiting to be greeted or acknowledge. Maybe three employees working behind counter, two cars in the driveway. I didn’t mind waiting; however, when a “lighter” skinned male walked in, he was greeted and asked would he like to place an order. It must have been the look on my face before I told her that I had been standing there for at least three to four minutes. The customer was very nice as he was telling me that I could order first. However, I declined and walked out. Don’t think I will be going back here.

My family and I were greeted upon entering the establishment. We ordered smoothies and the Baja chicken wrap. We could tell that the staff was busy fulfilling many orders from present customers, the drive thru, as well as mobile orders (i noticed people come in and receive their order within the minute from the designated pickup area). The staff was friendly, had a smile on their faces, and did great juggling from one order to the other. They had our order was out in no time! I forgot to scan my mobile app and the cashier informed me I could just scan the receipt so I wouldn’t be missing out on any rewards points. Having knowledgeable staff is a great plus in my book.

I was not greeted by any of the 3 employees I noticed when I walked in the door. My smoothie was not with my flatbread at the pickup cube. When I was able to get an employee, I was simply told it wasn’t ready without an apology for the inconvenience. When I did receive my smoothie, I was not thanked for my patience or apologized to for the wait. Upon eating my flatbread, I discovered the paper on the cheese had not been properly removed and instead had to remove from my mouth! Needless to say not knowing what other foreign unwanted objects were present, I threw the rest away immediately.

I have had issues ordering delivery from this location before but just chalked it up to simple mistakes no big deal. However tonight’s order I can’t overlook. I ordered a smoothie, no pineapple substitute mango. Also an açaí bowl, no chia seeds, goji berries or pineapple. This is all reflected on my receipt. The açaí bowl has all three ingredients I specifically asked not to have and the smoothie clearly has pineapple, I could tell from one sip. I AM ALLERGIC TO PINEAPPLE. I cannot enjoy anything I ordered, the fact that it’s all written on the receipt but blatantly disregarded is beyond frustrating.

Extremely disappointing experience. We walked in shortly after lunch with only two other guests in the cafe. There were at least four employees behind the counter, yet no one acknowledged us. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes without a single greeting, eye contact, or offer to take our order. The staff looked disengaged and unfriendly, and it felt like they had no interest in being there.

After waiting with no response, we left without ordering anything. If the employees don’t want to work, they shouldn’t be on the floor. This kind of service is unacceptable. Corporate seriously needs to step in and provide proper training. We won’t be coming back.

Minus the oceanfront Tropical Smoothie aims to bring a beach vibe. The ambiance is cool and delightful. I always stare at the menu for a minute or so before I order. There are many flavorful smoothies to choose from. Today, I tried the Kale apple slaw. It was light and delicious. The blimey limey put me in a tropic time mindset.

Let me start by saying this was the first time it’s not been a superb experience. The smoothies were great… the cashier was nice. We spent almost 60 dollars and got 2 meals and extra wraps Togo. We asked for sauce on the side for just some of them because they were for lunch the following day. I don’t know there reasoning but she just didn’t put it on any of them and now since the wrap had been toasted it was super hard to try and add later going down the road…super inconvenient. We also order extra parm crisps this is what was so bad instead of the Manager going to get more she just scraped the crumbs for the bottom of the container. I didn’t have a single crisp on any wrap that’s been eaten by me or my family. All crumbs which makes it dry and hard to eat. The next part not only was it JUST CRUMBS they also charge extra now so I paid for something I didn’t get. So my mom and I were not happy. I used to work at a tropical smoothie and it was just disappointing we don’t have one near us and anytime we are close we go but this was just A SAD EXPERIENCE. You can see in the picture that more than half the wrap was just mushy crumbs…ridiculous!
