The staff here always has a good welcoming attitude. Julian has been here for 3 years or so and every time I come in he’s always in a good mood and making sure quality and environment is pleasant. For being just a sandwich shop I choose this location over others near by.

Just last night, I was complaining to my son about the terrible quality of fast food these days. Despite that, I stopped at a Jersey Mike’s for the first time today and ordered a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak sandwich to go. Wow! I have to amend my complaint about fast food; this was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. It had so much grilled meat, onions, peppers, and cheese, I could barely eat half if it. The flavor was outstanding.
I also want to mention that I was impressed by the employees and their positive and personable customer service. You’ve restored my faith in the fast food industry. I’m a fan!

I got an Uber eats order from here the other day, and I messed up my order. Im allergic to onions but my partner loves them. I put no onion on the wrong sandwhich. I called and spoke to a really sweet gal who said she would make sure to correct it for me. Normally I struggle asking for no onion, most places still put it on even if I call. This was not that experience. Both our sandwiches were perfect and I couldn’t be happier. So nice on the phone and total follow through. I wish I knew her name for this shout out!

Worst Customer Service EVER!! I LOVE Jersey Mikes and I have always received great food and wonderful service. Today… the absolutely worst. The gal who took my order was soooo stressed out with a line piling up…. She didn’t even take my entire order before moving onto the next customer. Their soda machine was out …people complaining and didn’t even bother to refill the soda machine.
From now on … I will go an extra 15 minutes to go to the Shaw Road store. Overall….. Shaw Road’s customer service is a billion times better. Still love their food or I wouldn’t bother.

I come here on a weekly basis, and every single time my sandwich hits the spot! Not sure if could say that about any other fast food place. Everyone is always very polite and the orders are put together quickly and I don’t think I’ve ever had a mistake with my order. I hope the new company owners don’t decide to change anything about the food, cause it’s on point already!
My go-to sub for anyone who is unsure is a #9, Mike’s Way plus pickles and pepper relish. It won’t disappoint!

Came in for lunch and I had a tuna sandwich. They Smeared a tuna on the bread and called it a tuna sandwich!!! I had to ask them to put more tuna because if you look at it, it looked like they just smeared a tuna but they said it’s how it is. For $10 you get a bread and smeared tuna? I paid $3 more just for them add more. The photo on this review is after I paid $3 more! Wouldn’t come back.

We come here once in a while. Today was not like it typically has been in the past where everyone is much happier. We’ve experienced amazing customer service in the past. We tried to use the app for the first time to place an order. We came into the store when we realized my daughter picked a much later time to pick up our order. We asked if we could get our order and we were told by the young person working that she will get to it. We were not given any other guidance. Meanwhile someone who came in after and ordered their food was able to get their food before us. I’ve never used the app before to order I will likely not order from the app again. I was sadly disappointed and disheartened by how we were made to feel today. I am sorry we were not trying to cause trouble. We didn’t know their process or workflow.

In 2021 while driving for UberEats, I took a break and stopped in for a bite to eat. This was my first time eating at Jersey Mike’s. The workers were nice and friendly.
I ordered #42 chipotle chicken cheese steak. It was a pretty good size sandwich and really good. I was so hungry I actually finished it.
I would return again to try other items on the menu.
